Then there is boron triflouride, which is a toxic gas, and boron nitride which is what is put in that "mineral powder" makeup. However the boron you are looking for is Boron in element form. It helps the body properly use calcium, phosphorus, D, and magnesium. It can be toxic in high doses with any mineral. Natural sources include honey, grapes, prunes, Leafy greens etc..
