Hello, I am ttc a girl summer 2012 and am starting to make changes to my diet now in preparation. I find it very difficult to cope without caffeine so am going to try swaying whilst leaving this in my diet. I could give up tea or coffee but would find it very difficult to give up both. Does anyone know which is worse for girl sway - tea or coffee? Are there any caffeinated beverages that are actually useful for a girl sway (or is this wishful thinking!!) Many thanks.
