Catch and I have started the Insanity workout as of today. Anyone is free to join!! Hopefully others will want to do it with us.  We are following the calendar. You work out 6 days a week with Sundays as your rest day. After the first month, you take a week break and then start another month of the workout. I think the workout is 45m per day except the fit tests (25m-ish).

Yes! Should be fun! (Or insane...haha). And if anyone wants to join in, but do a different video, feel free, it's just nice to have some work out buddies to keep motivated with.

Alright I did my fit test today. I'll post my results here and then again each 2 weeks.

Switch kicks - 100
Power jacks - 47
Power knees - 95
Power jumps - 30
Globe jumps - 10
Suicide jumps - 17
Push-up jacks - 24
Low plank obliques - 59

Well I think I did good. I might have done a bit better than I would have because I had a bit more rest between each exercise because I was rewinding to see the demo. Ok Sara post your too!

You.Go.Girl(s).

This workout left me with nothing but severe sore muscles. I guess I'm WAY too out of shape to do it; was falling over within 20 minutes. I quit after Day 3, since I just didn't enjoy the pain. Confused Yeah, I know, no pain no gain, but there are other DVDs I love doing, that show results, too. Just wanted to wish anyone doing this lots of good luck you maniacs! Happy Wink

 You are scaring me!! LOL

Jillian did that to me as well during the first 5 days..sounds like this one is worse. If I feel pain tomorrow from my fit test I took today, then I know I will be in lots of pain on Wed from the actual workout.

Thanks for the Good Luck Clover.

Girl, you're welcome! lol. It's crazy. The fit test wasn't bad, though. I was thinking of another drawback I had goiong for me: no A/C in the room where I did it. Make sure your AC is cranked and have 3 bottles of cold water handy. It's energizing, but CA-RAY-Zeeeeee. Surprise

Good to know. I have no AC in my car and when I would use it during the days I would work out..I had NO motivation to do my workouts..seriously. I figured I sweat enough in my car! LOL

I always have the ceiling fan on and the air blasting.Stick out tongue  I try to drink a rockstar/redbull before and have water real close by. I am actually excited to start tomorrow!

Yah I'm expecting to be seriously sore for the first 3-5 days. I was walking really funny for the first few days of the Shred, and I'm sure this will be worse. But I'm going to push through it, usually I was stiff the first few minutes of the workout and then things loosened up.

Sarah are you doing any kind of diet with this? I know there is a special diet for it, but I don't know exactly. I'm not doing a diet exactly, not to lose weight anyway, but I think I will be going on a gluten-free diet soon, so that should eliminate a lot of the bad foods from my diet. Trying to eat more healthy, and eliminating gluten to see if it helps with my stomach issues.
