I can never get all the lines out of DH shirts.. Do you use a spray of some sort to help with the lines?

you can spray it with plain water . I personally iron them when they are still a bit wet.

no dryer?? I watch House Hunters on the HGTV network and love when they go overseas and film people looking for homes in Europe and Australia--but I have a question??

Why do they always have a little washer in the kitchen? Is it a washer/dryer combo? If no dryer, do you just hang your clothes on a line to dry? What do you do in the winter when it freezes??

You certainly need a dryer in the U.K.!! We are in the peak of our summer and has rained for 2 weeks solid.....oh the joys of school holidays and no sunshine!

My dryer has been on most of the day!!! LOL

In the Uk there normally one washer and one dryer in the kitchen just because we dont have anywhere else to put it i guess. I one thing that leave me scratching my head is the washer in the bathroom in the east.. Whats with that? Here in Pl we have a "Wash Room" with just a washer in and coats. Happy Seems to work. In the winter when it frezzes we put the washing in the attic to dry. Or radiators. Happy Poor you John.. The british summer.. How i dont miss it..

My mom's washer and dryer are in her bathroom. Just about everybody else on her street have them in the garage (too hot for me!).  We have  a laundry room that has ours (and our computer!!) and a friend of mine has hers in her pantry in her kitchen. Damn house builders, just put the hook-ups where ever!!Happy LMAO
