Do you celebrate 8th grade graduation where you live?

We don't usually celebrate it here...usually its a gift from the parents to the graduate..and maybe a pool party or something with all their friends...but as far as gifts from others, no..unless its maybe a grandparent, but thats it...we don;t even do that for high school graduations...maybe college, but usually jwsut a party with family and friends is enough..if htey feel like bringing a gift thats up to them, but not expected!

I totally think going that far for an 8th grade graduation is a bit much!!!
