I've been through exactly the same feelings!
With my 4th boy I was always doubting and posting topics like "is this the umbellical cord?" "is this a thumb" etc.etc. Trust me, it's part of a accepting progress. You will love him!!

Did a little search myself and found this in the FAQ:

I thought I should add past theory's that have worked for some people. In 2004 women were trying the condom theory. With this theory they used a spermicide condom and poked a hole in the condom. They then bd to ttc a girl. This method worked well but everyone that did it moved on with their lives...

It is selled as a sperm-killing gel (for use with pessarium or femcap).
But I found out it is nog sperm-killing but sperm-freezing because of the low PH. So maybe it can be used fot TTC a girl?

Yes, me!!
We also had to buy a bigger car and our two middle boys share a (little) room together. Also just because I wanted to try again for a girl.
I didn't happen and I want a girl so badly that I'm planning to go hightech in about 3 or 4 years from now. We have to find a bigger house by then or space out.
But, the good news.....it does get better!! My due date is coming soon and...

Thanks ladies, I feel like i can relax now. Like I mentioned before, I have peace with this little boy on the way and everything is ready for him to come! I was really shocked during my scan yesterday.

YESS...I managed to capture a shot from my 20 week DVD!![;)]
This cannot be something else then the penis right?
(At my 20 week U/S we didn't ask for the gender since we already new at the 16 week U/S)

That indeed does also look very girlie SaraM. But the half rounds on my scan were more white coloured.
I attached a pic of my 16 W scan. I hope it's clear enough to see!!

I gave birth to a beautifull and healty little babyBOY!![HH]
At 16 weeks they said it's a boy.
At 20 weeks it's a boy (seen the boy stuff)
But yesterday I had a scan to determine the position of the baby (head down or bottom down). My midwife asked me if I already new the gender, yes I said....this is going to be my fourth boy. She is nog trained in seeing the gender but...

When I had my 16 week U/S I was verymuch in denial. I froze pics, saw three lines etc. and putted them on the U/S board on this site. Everyone said still boy!
Couple of days ago I had my 20 weeks U/S and it's a very clear BOY!! When I look back I kind off liked being in denial because it gives some hope, and now my hope is gone. On the other hand I spend a lot of time (too mucht time) looki...
