Obviously not in the Uk, I had my last midwife appointment at 16 weeks and don't have my next one until 26 weeks! I think it's totally disgraceful but don't have any other option but to put up with it! If I had the option to change then I definitely would.
I hope you manage to find another midwife who you feel comfortable with!

With the first 5 I didn't do anything special but by number 6 I was so desperate to hear girl that I went out and bought a pair of pink baby socks and carried them everywhere with me...it seemed to work so on number 7 I did exactly the same thing and took them to U/S and heard girl for the second time! I didn't buy any this time and I'm having a boy! I know it was already determined but in my mind...

I have my 20 week ultrasound tomorrow too and although I already know gender can't wait to see my little man again and check all is healthy! Good luck to all of you with ultrasounds this week, I hope all are healthy and you all hear what you are praying for! Looking forward to catching up with you all as the week progresses x

I'm on the April board and expecting a baby boy and I am super excited about it! Have done loads of shopping already but I haven't shared much about how I am feeling as people automatically assume because I have 5 boys already that I would rather be having a girl or that the novelty of having a new baby has worn off! I have my 20 week ultrasound on Monday and can't wait to see my little man again....

I have just started suffering with heartburn....just one more thing to deal with lol!
