I actually hear what you are saying! I was thinking of this very thing tonight. I have two DS (8) and (4) and am expecting a DD in December. I am very excited, don't get me wrong. I too have been a "boy mom" for many years and enjoyed this very much. I find that this "new status" of having both genders has brought me closer to my boys and makes me appreciate having them more for one. Of course my ...

I too had a really big spine curve at 12 weeks and my "boyish nub" is confirmed 100% girl at 20 weeks....so I say [DD]!!!

BBG families do happen and I know quite a few. One poster said that she sees it more when there is a larger age gap between. I agree too. I happen to be having a BBG family myself and there is 8 years between DS 1 and my current pregnancy (baby girl), 4 years between each baby. We did not sway or anything, so I do believe age may have been a factor. So hang in there - it does happen!! GL!!!

Thank you all for your girl replies! I feel better knowing that you all feel she's got girl parts, so at almost 19 weeks (when the u/s was taken) it's a safe bet that nothing will "pop out or grow" that wasn't there before??
I'm having an elective u/s at 28 weeks for more baby picts and video (as I did with me boys) so I just wanted reassurance that the tech wouldn't be coming out of nowher...

After 2 boys I was just programmed on that gender. She is a lovely surprise and I'm just nervous it will change!

U/S tech and follow up U/S doctor confirmed this is a girl! However I keep doubting myself and just need some reassurance.
Do you think this looks all girl???
Thanks so much for your input!
***UPDATE***
Had an u/s yesterday at 26 weeks, 3 days and indeed she was confirmed 100% girl! I don't have any new gender picts to post (might have some in 2 more weeks) but was clearly shown labia, an...

Based on my experience, and after two boys I am pregnant with a girl, this pregnancy is sooo much different than with my boys. The biggest difference is in movement. Like you with my boys, I felt them very early and they were both pretty active. This one I didn't really feel much until 19 or 20 weeks and the movements are more delicate and subtle. I also feel her mostly in the morning or at night ...

This time around (pregnant with a girl) I had very strong BFP's at 12-14 days past O...way earlier than with both my boys where I didn't have obvious BFP's until 16+ days past O. Sounds very promising for you! GL!

I posted my baby's 12w2d u/s for "nub advice" and received all boy guesses, BUT there was a wicked spine curve which really skewed things. She is 100% GIRL at 19+ weeks!!! So it really does happen!

And here is my baby girl's confirmation toilet shot (we had better views at the actual ultrasound as well as 100% confirmation from u/s tech and follow up doctor! YAY!!!

I was just wondering if anyone got a boy result after the 10 day progesterone wait to test. I was on high doses of prometrium (200mg vag, twice daily) and waited 11 days after I stopped taking it at 16 weeks to test with Intelligender. Looking at the result it is orangy on top and the "sludge" that is left on the bottom is greenish. I know there isn't a lot of validity in the whole testing, but I ...

Hmm....I wonder what that means if you have the v vein in both eyes and only one baby! [:O]

I wish I had a better picture. I was wondering if the arch in the back made a difference in the angle of the nub, and it seems it really does. Have you seen instances where the angle made it look boy when it was a girl all along?
Thank you,
Kristin

Question for you...There seems to be two nubs in that area...do you think the baby is tilted and what is the top nub is the part of the cord and the bottom, longer one is the nub? That one looks really girly to me. (Wishful thinking perhaps???) [:)]
Does anyone have any tips for enlarging the u/s photo? I am so sorry it's so small. It's the only picture they gave me. I have 3 more weeks to wait u...

If I knew how to zoom, I would try and get a better, closer shot. I'm pretty sure the nub is there (at least it looks a lot like the others on the boards!) Thanks for replying!
