Hey Sunny
I am using the Evenflo hand pump so far no problems.....It pumps 2-3oz in 10 min.and I am pumping 3-4times/week....Its prettty cheap too

here is a pic of DS ,he is almost 3months old..time flies fast....he still wakes up 1-2 times/night but he is a happy baby....Its been busy with DD and DS I cannot login much ,but I see the updates every week.....Hope everyone is doing well.

I used to eat one big banana /day,if small you can eat 3,1tomato,1potato ,1onion ,celeryand added lemon juice with truvia every time I drink water.....
your plan sounds good to me.....and no diary at all....

So sorry to hear about your infection......hope it goes away soon for you.....This Pg I recovered very fast after delivery ,I had vaginal delivery
and very less stiches in fact today I have my 6week PP check up. these 6weeks have flown by so fast....GL

As I am vegeterian I looked up all the foods that are high in pot and also alkalising foods and moderately aate while also watching my PH.......
I did the diet 5months+ before conceiving.....HTH

Hey Sunny.....I am right there with you on this...Baby A is hand held most of the time during the day by my parents he is still not used to crib.....at night I too co-sleep him,he sleeps 3hrs stretch then its every 2 hrs .Its been a lot of diffrence from DD .try swaddling her and doing the 5 S's(swaddling swinging shushing sucking and side /stomach position)HTH.....DS gets out of the swa...
