I totally agree with mymadori, you really have a good chance of having 1 or 2 normal embryos of desired gender. Now, if i were you i would not have cycled again coz 8 blasts ( wether day 5 or day 6 ) is really a good number. But you do what feels best to you.

ilovetutus-- Ccorrect me if i am wrong,, you are saying they biopsied the 3 embryos and they are going to biopsy the remaining 5 ,,, so that means that they are going ahead with pgd. look at the bigger piccture ,all the 8 embryos are going to be pgd and i beleive you are going to get your girl..orare you mistaking the word BIOPSY with someting elsecoz when they use the word...

Wishingxy- good to know that you are fine now. you an ask for nub shot at your 13week ultrasound. it would be fantastic to announce at Thanksgiving.In our case we are going to hide until all the screening is done. i am thinking about announing around the time of christmas but we are going to keep the gender a secret.

Hi Caringfor2dolls,, Didn't your dr suggest you to freeze the embryos without testing them and you do one more cycle and then batch the embryos and send the embryos from both the cycle for testing. forgive me if you have talked about this to your dr and its not an option.

ilovetutus- congrats for 8 growing embies....yayyyyy. thats a fantastic number. so are they doing biopsy on day3 or day5?? we did day3 testing for fresh transfer on day5 and we did full panel testing from Natera( all 24 chromosomes ) .if you are going for day 5 testing its called Trophectoderm biopsy where they take many cells from the part of embryo which forms placenta ( i think).i t...

Hi ladies,my second beta is 382 . i am so happy [:-)] .@ culteredpearl, Me too , i was so upset when i came to know that my embryo was lagging. after 6dp transfer i was crying a lot which i thought was because of pio shots, who knew it was early pregnancy symptom. Wishingforxy- how are you feeling, any morning sickness.

Hi Families, we used Natera. ask your Dr about Natera. They claim the accuracy of greater than 99%. so give it a try.i read that post too . let me find that for you.

Thank you Wishing.I initially thought of testing on 6 or 7 th day but did not have the courage to do it :-) finally made the trip to store to get some tests. i bet i would have gotten + on 6 th day had i tested coz it is dark . i will post the pic later on.Between , how are you feeling, i started feeling queasy a bit if i dont eat anything . My Dr gave me a overall grade B, but mine looked nothing like the one that comes out when you google search;-) yes,, we are all going to get our BFP [pray].so are you going to test again tommorow [:-)]. let us know .

Hi Wishing , yes very well said about Dr V,, very cool and calm . i am a worry wart but i learnt to take all these process one step at a time .my result breakdown was 12 eggs 10 mature only 5 fertilized,, and you know that they would prefer atleast 6 embroys for pgd ,, so Dr Jo advised us to freeze the embroys and do another cycle . I am in 2ww also and i am ttc a Boy,, and i had 5dt of single male embryo ,, hope he sticks ..[pray]i had my transfer on friday so i am at 4dp ,, i am thinking to test on friday ( yay i know i am strong that way) [:-)]. i had cramps here and there and thats it and nothing else,, how are you feeling ??

Thanks to all for answering my questions,,so i think i am well equipped for my attempt [:D] with Soy and Eggs and what else,,,,,,this time my cyccle was so short i ovulated on cd13 and lp was 9 days ,, so my new cyle started on 14th of june ,, i planned to attempt in julybut due to all these i think i am ovulating again in june . one more question ladies, how mucch soy do you think...

Thanks babybluex32 ,,i never ovulate on same day so lets see ,, i am hoping for a strong ovulation and some EWCM ,, planning to use EW,, so i am getting egglands best farm fresh eggs , then what do i do ,, help please [:)]i am not doing any supplements coz fishoil made my cm dense and lot like lotion ( sorry TMI ) ,
