You can take the capsules. I found it in honey on amazon (I'm in the US, not sure where you are, though). I took it in honey at first, but am now taking the capsules.

Okay, I'm pretty excited. My temp has been cosistently going down. This morning it's the lowest it's been since AF came back (after breastfeeding) so I'm pretty happy about that!Pray that I don't get sick! My two year old has a cough, and I can't get sick for the next 7 days until I O! I'm CD 13 now and usually O on CD 20. Only a week until my attempt!

Starry- I think you're okay. I try not to obsess over temps too much. You may just be having a lower cycle, which is good. Cool temps sway boy :)

Starry eyed mommy- What's up with Thursday? Is there a reason your temp is so high? Maybe if you discard that temp it will show more of a pattern. It looks to me that you Od on Friday and that you DID get a temp rise, but the high temp on Thursday is throwing it off.

Soccerfam, that is HORRIBLE. My SIL has two boys and when I was pregnant with DD1 she would always bad mouth girls and talk about how glad she is she has boys because girls are just horrible. Nice, huh?My friend got a BFN this morning :( She's going for a blood test tomorrow. I REALLY want her to be pregnant. xx3- FF tends to be pretty accurate but not always. I've been using it for more than three years now and it's been wrong a few times. I use it more for a way record information and trust my own instincts before I trust FF.

AF showed this morning. I had some barely there spotting yesterday, but I'm considering today CD1. I really didn't want a May baby anyway. We're taking this month off since I'm in girl biorhythms, and still sick. Yuck. I was really looking forward to ttc this month, but I know I'll be glad we waited. And plus, I'll be Oing within a day or two of my birthday next cycle, so it could be a great birth...
