yes i was on epidural but i was feeling pain at the right side of my lower back probably because of baby's weight putting more pressure on that side this is what my nurse said and epidural can't elminate this pain i got this pain as my doc let me sit for an hour and half assuming this may help baby to come down .

you made a right decision after all i cam understand how hard is to accept a c-section facing hours of labour pain it like giving your body double dose of pain that makes situation more worse for you after delivery i can understand this as i have faced this.
I think u have made a right decision i will also think about it rather than giving your body double dose.

mrsfreeze are you going to ask your doctor to give you some u/s to make sure that u really have a narrow passage i think this would help you in making the decision weather u go for c-section directly or wait for your natural labour.
pinkbabydust DID you get rest of the two c-section just because of this narrow passage problem ...did you give vaginal birth a try after you...

at the night of 19 th october 11 pm my water broke and i was admitted without any labour pain but then at 1.30 am my labour pain started with 5 minutes gap nurse waited till 6.30 then gave me pitocin that increased my labour and dilated and effaced my cervix fully by 12:00 PM ...

Hi,I am due tommorow and last night i got sudden intense pain in the right side of my lower back that was kind of labour pain intense for 10 minutes then mild for next minutes then i vomited and it really relaxed me.. i called my doctor and she said i should come to the hospital..i reached there and i was showing mild contraction..doc checked my cervix and said that its very soft but only 1cm...

has anyone delivered her baby...i visited my doctor on tuesday and i was not dialated at all.I am week 39 & 5 days and have no mucus plug leakage just getting some 'false contraction' since last two days..

I will be trying all kinds of natural induction methods to get this little girl evicted!!! :)
Really there are such kind of methods..i am due on 18th oct and 17th oct is my husband's birthday ..so we very much want her to come on her dad's birthday..if she won't come before i would also like to do something to let her come on 17th..pls let me know as well what are these methods :)...

Hi,
I am at week 37 & 5 days..since a week i am suffering from itching problem i itch mainly during day mostly over feet,legs below to waist portion of my body..very rarely in my hands
I don;t feel this itching while sleeping at night
Did u or do u also facing this problem...if yes did u test for 'chloestasis' of pregnency and result came negative..i have given my blood for testin...

Amoung the symptons mentioned the only i have is itching and as i said not much on my hands and sole mostly on my legs..but as you mentioned you had it on yr arms, stomach and back and you had cholestasis this means it means its not must that you have them in yr sole and hands if you have cholestasis..

I had my doctors app yesterday and i mentioned about my itching problem and she has given me some blood tests and results are yet to come..after this i did some research on internet about this itching problem and found out 'cholestasis' is a condition in late pregency whose one sympton is 'itching'..i am soooo worried now..however doctor did not mention anything about this to...

thanks kelly for being so careful, i have my appointment on coming tuesday and i will definately ask my doctor for retesting and also put forward the side effect of antibiotic.. let's see what she will say but i will definately insist her fro doing so.

Dear Kelly,
I had UTI two months before i concieved may be this is why bacteria was found in my urine..but what's the importance of being restested when doctor is saying they just consider me positve and will give me medicine when i will come in labour..

My test for beta strep was positive..however doctor gave me some medications for 7 days and now i will get at the time of labour..
I am at week 36 visite my doc yesterday ..i was expecting to have a veginal culture test but she said that as i am group B postive she won't give me this test now..i had urine culture at week 20 and that gave me positive result for this group B..that ti...
