I have this same pic and was told girl by 2 drs and boy by one.....I have a 3D scan coming up and hope to see better with that one!
Looks like swollen girl parts to me!

Well I know how that feels. I had a scan at 14-15 weeks and was told boy....but the legs were crossed and it was not 100%. Then at 18weeks 5 days I have 16 pictures and two doctors telling me it is 100% all girl! I was even told if its a boy he has no penis or scrotum and definate labia!
THEN less than 48 hours later another Dr scanned me (I work at a teaching hospit...

Oops I missed that [worried].
I am hoping girl....they look similar to one of my early 14-15 week shot. I was told boy but scanned at work at 18 weeks and couldn't find any boy parts......I am going to get the 20 week scan next week but am so confused.....I really think maybe 14/15 week scans are too early some times....although my other 2 boys were easy to see at 14....no questions...

I am trying to wrap my mind around my early U/S. THe DR (a friend of mine) said she did not get a classic shot but thought it was a boy. I was either 15 weeks 0 days or 14 weeks 5 or 6 days. This is the first "boyish" U/DS we got, but it does not look like 100% boy to me....maybe I am just a goof and not the U/S pro.
Honestly, what do you think?

Wow that is shocking!
I had a private scan (feel kinda guilty telling cyber world..I have not even told my DH yet). I am 15 weeks and 0 days. At first we saw nothing....then we saw boy parts. I was really hoping and praying for a girl.....maybe just maybe it was wrong. I had a dr doing the scan and she said she was very comfortable saying its a boy.

It is a hard call. Sometimes holding on the the idea of what may be is so great you almost don't want to face the posibility of reality being different than your dream. My husband thinks its better to know---it does not change what the end result will be so why not just know and deal (such a guy).
I am still deciding to go or to not go to my scan on this Friday. I am so so...

If it brings you any comfort I think 13 weeks is a bit early to call it unless he could clearly see a scrotum and a penis.

I used to be really active on this site but now I mostly lurk. I just had to chime in though. I am feeling the same guilt and aprehension that you are. I have been scanned weekly from 6 weeks to 12. So I have watched my bean develop allalong the way. I have been peaking down there to try to see nub angles and everything. The last several scans have looked girly,...

My last M/C was a baby conceived on 100mg of Clomid.....and a boy! I would try to increase your CM (Robitusson)....preseed too.

I am sorry you are going through all this. I have three healthy kids too and now multiple (unexplained) losses. I have to say I would ask your DR to consider putting you on heparin during your first trimester....just to help if there is an undetected clotting issue. It really has no negative side effects (they test to be sure you aren't getting too much).

Well I took the Prometrium once more orally and had swelling in my face/hives/itching again.....so now I am just taking the shots (which is in cottonseed oil) and doing just fine on it. I get my levels checked tmw, but I feel like they willl be fine. My Friday ones were up already over 20 :).

The nurse just called. She thought I was taking them vaginally (they are perscribed orally). She said the DR said to increase my amount to 200mg twice a day. Vaginally in the am and orally in the evening 12 hours apart. I go in tmw at 11:15 for a repeat HCG and Progesterone (they say the test takes about an hour to run).

As far as when to tell.....after several M/C I have handled telling people differently. I have told right away.....and I have waited until I was in the 13th week to tell.
Bottom line is this.....We don't tell for fear of M/C, but if a M/C happened most people we know (friends and family) would find out then anyway. Why not just let them in on the journey and embrace ...

I called Cradle adoption (just for my personal information)......they only do adoptions at that one state (IL) location.....at least according to the rep that called me this afternoon!

Thanks Alipally......we are definately on a break from trying, which is sad in its self......I really wanted another baby....guess its not in the cards for now......the DR said if I need one I should not really wait due to my egg reserve being so so low....but I just can't help needing one! I had hoped to be preg again before my friend delivers her 5th...she is due in 7 weeks. Oh well!...

Well I started my peroid (a day early this month, I was 2 days early last month). It just does not make sense. Its like I was fertile than one day it all just stopped. I am starting to think my M/C in May was the last baby I will ever have had.
