I'm so sorry to hear that! :( I had a bad infection with my section 4 years ago. Are you breastfeeding, & can you stll with those strong antibiotics? Iwas not able to, and it was a horrible 2 weeks of pumping and dumping! I will keep you in my prayers. Hope you feel better soon.

I'm right there with you.I was due yesterday. I am hoping she comes by this weekend. I really want to attempt a VBAC, & they scheduled a csection for Monday morning! Sending labor dust your way!!

I don't really have any good advice. I just wanted to say congrats, and I will say a prayer for you!
Maybe he has just been eating more than his tummy can handle? Someone on another board recently shared this info with me.... maybe it will help to put you at ease a little.

My Dr. says she doesn't feel comfortable letting me go further than 1 week past my due date. So, April 14th at the latest. If she isn't here by the 7th, she wants me to schedule the section within the following week.

Had I not canceled my csection since the baby turned, I could be holding her right now. Instead I sit at work. :(
How depressing.
Ohhh AND my doctor's office must have forgotten to inform the hospital that I had canceled the section. The hospital called me at 7:15 this morning wondering where I was!

Well, I did have the runs, it wasn't too bad though. I did have contractions for several hours, but nothing ever became of them. :(
I was up half the night before they trailed off. Guess baby just isn't ready to come out. :( When the contractions got less than 5 minutes apart, I did go into the hospital to get checked. I knew they weren't strong enough to keep me there. They did check my cer...

So, I had my 38 week appointment today. Doctor said I could go ahead and try to bring on labor. She suggested castor oil, and wants me to stay away from cohosh. She wouldn't check me for dialation or anything which was kind of disappointing. She said they don't do that anymore! I guess its not worth it to possibly introduce bacteria/infection?!?! Hopefully that disgusting shake I just drank will k...

I can't believe it! After everything I had gone through to get her to turn & nothing worked, she turned on her own! Last Friday, she was still breech........... today, they did an ultrasound to confirm position, and she has turned!!!! Her head is down and right against my cervix!
ETA: weight estimate was 7 lbs 9 ounces!

I will be a March momma too. My C-section is scheduled for March 30th.
I was considering waiting it out if she did turn head down (which she still has not), but they won't induce labor because of my previous c-section. My two vaginal deliveries were both almost two weeks late, and I had to be induced for both. So I'd probably end up waiting only to have a section later because my body doesn...
