Well im having some major issues trying to get him to eat table food. He'll eat crackers but when it comes to anything without a crunchy texture he gags. And he refuses using a sippy cup, its a bit frustrating. He wont even eat the stage 3 food with chunks.

We're still here!! My little guy isn't so little anymore. He's pretty tall but still super pudgy. He'll be 9 months on the June 2nd, weights 22lbs, 30 inches tall, has 7 teeth (7th came in last week) w/number 8 on the way, crawling like crazy and walking along our sofa. He's wearing 18-24 months clothes and size 4 diapers (he's got some junk in the trunk, lol) We're still dealing w/a little reflux...

My little guy weighed 22.5lbs & is 27.5inches long at his last appointment 2 weeks ago. He started crawling about a month ago and is now pulling himself up on chairs and what not to stand.... I just know he's going to be an early walker and that is a scary thought x_x

^ We're going through the same thing. Our LO's sleep worsened once he turned 4 months and his teeth started to come through. He now has 6 but still isn't getting good sleep. He wakes up 1-2 times a night screaming. Last night was probably the best night of sleep I've gotten in awhile.

Yeah, it's kinda been a pain... And a bigger pain is that is does not fit in our new car rear facing so i'm having to return it. LOL.
I'm probably going to have to just get the Maxi Cosi Priori. We're going up to the local baby store to try a few out. I feel like such a dork for not thinking it through.
Wow! 5 teeth already? That's crazy. I'm in no hurry for Troy to get his teeth.

Yeah, I'm not too thrilled about it cause they seem to just keep coming in and they come in multiples so you can just imagine how cranky he gets. I didn't picture my baby having a whole bunch of teeth so young. lol.

Well, my little crankasarus over here has finally started to calm down a little. He officially has 5 teeth (2 top lateral incisors,1 top central incisor, and 2 bottom central incisors)... I can't believe how many teeth he has and he's not even 6 months just yet.

I don't think it's girly and I love chicco's products. We just got our little guy a fisher price space save high chair and he loves it. It has the wipeable seat which is super convenient. Btw, I know Chicco's highchairs are super pricey... Well all their stuff is pricey. I bought my travel system from Albeebaby.com and they actually have that highchair for $113 w/free shipping... If you're looking...

LOL, I bet that looked so cute! My mother inlaw was telling me that my husband didn't get his teeth one at a time, they all came in two's. So I guess my LO inherited that from his daddy cause I got mine in one at a time and didn't get my first tooth until I was 7 months.

Thanks ladies. He seems to be more content and is able to actually enjoy himself... And I'm able to finally enjoy playing with him without the worry of him just bursting into a screaming tantrum and wanting a bottle. I couldn't have been more happy with the trip to the hospital though. The hospital staff was nothing short of amazing.

Monday he started spitting up his bottles from early afternoon until 9pm. We couldn't take the screaming and the spitting up any longer, something was obviously hurting him.
A lovely trip to the ER and an over night stay in the childrens hospital and he finally got diagnosed with GERD.
He's on Zantac and so far so good, He's almost a totally different baby. He's not trying to inhale his bottle...

So our little one got 2 middle bottom teeth about a month ago and he has been extremely irritable since then... My husband looked in his mouth this morning and he had an upper canine... Those usually don't erupt until about 18 months, has anyone experienced this w/any of their LO's?

my little guy has two teeth coming in. he's been teething for quite some time now but i didn't think i'd see teeth so soon but i glanced in his mouth today and i saw two little ones peeking out of his gums.
he's been rolling around for a few weeks now, plays in his jumperoo. mocks my husbands noises, plays with toys... i'm extremely surprised how alert he is. he's even trying to sit up on his ow...
How can a dr just say YES HES TEETHING? like geeze...im sorry it upsets me to read that.
From how he is, it seems he is either not tolerating his formula or has reflux. Bryce started that way and then went to puking and it took months to get him back to himself with meds and proper feeding.
I hope you get some help.
Get a 2nd opinion, maybe take him to ER??
my doctor came in and looked at him for about 2 mins yesterday, handed him to me and said he's teething and that is all... And to give him tylenol & orajel. Well we tried that as soon as we got home and that didn't take any of the edge off. Oh, he said to start giving him solid foods cause he's eating too much formula... I'd like to know how to give a baby who's screaming his face off solid food. ...

For the last month my son has been extremely fussy, gassy, and just down right miserable. He chews on his hands from time to time but he stiffens up as if something is physically hurting him. I saw the doctor today and he said it was just teething and that's all...And that I should start giving him solids. How am I suppose to try to feed my baby solids if the only thing that seems to calm him down...

Some updated pictures of my little guy. His surgery is obviously a success, he's a CHUNKER. He was weighed a month ago and was already 16lbs at 3 months, I'm pretty sure he's at least 17lbs now.

Wow that is a great weight, especially after such a rough start!
Both his pediatrician and surgeon were both extremely pleased. I didn't think he'd put on so much weight in such a small amount of time. It's amazing what a small surgery can do. :]
