At first I lost weight on the boy diet, but then I got concerned that I needed more calories so I started eating MORE potatoe chips and a bowl of cereal every single night before bed. I also eat the salad with avacodo (from cookbook) a lot so I get fat from avacodo. I can NOT eat meat with fat in it.[yuck] It has to be dry dry dry.

You do need to wean before swaying, but not necessarily for 6 months. First of all it depends if you are cycling or not. I started cycling 12 mos PP with both of my girls so I could have gotten pg, but I could not have done a proper sway. You need to be cycling and weaned for at least 6wks before you sway. Breastfeeding keeps testosterone levels down which are needed ...

IMO, ASG is way easier to take and no mixing. [Y]
no need to space it just take it seperate from boy drinks and up your dosage as soon as you start boy drinks. FAQs now say at least 2000mcg. Some of us take more than that.
All at one time is fine preferably after a meal so your body will absorb more.

This is what I've decided about the soy after giving it some thought and visiting with Kelly. Since I'm using the CBEFM, and it was thrown for a loop by one of the supps last month (I think that's because it reads estrogen levels as well as LH) I'm going to postpone taking soy for one more cycle.
