No, I am sorry. My temps for 12/15-12/19 were all roughly 97.55 -- same temp all those mornings. Then 12/20 was 97.43 (that day I go a +opk at 4pm. Truly - I would not rely soley on the moon. If your sway is really good then don't worry about it. It's 50/50, so 50% of women will say they conceived in a new moon. As for me, I concieved all 3 of my boys in a new moon. Needless to say I have little faith in the moon; either that or it just does not effect me. If I do a cut off then should I rephresh 12 hours before, finger tip rephresh before bd and replens 5 minutes after bd. Then continue to use the replens every 1/2 hour. If I do o+12, then use rephresh af-o, lime douche 1 hours before and replens or rephresh finger tip 5 minutes after bd and continue til 4 hr mark.......Oh my, there is so much in my head now I don't even know anymo...

I don't know what I am going to do for timing. I was thinking o+12 but maybe cut off. It's just that I want to abstain and only dtd once -- so I am unsure of when that once will be. The temp dip indicates that you have ovulated and the egg has been released. The temp rise indicates that ovulation is over. If you dtd after your temp rises you will not likely get pregnant.

My ph is usually somewhere around 6. I checked it this morning and its around 5. I tired the refresh yesterday to see what it would do to my ph, but I am not sure what to do with it at the time of attempt. I feel like I know hwat and when to do the lime douche. So I tried using the refresH pre-fill applicator today and it makes my ph go down to 4!! So, my thoughts...tell me if you think this is too much or should change my plan. Going to ttc next month (jan.).0+12 attempt after 14 days abstaining. Use refresH roughly 3 days prior to o+12 day/attempt (says lasts for 3 days then reuse). Then lime douche 12hrs prior to dtd. 5 minutes later...

We dtd everyday and, well...as you can see we have all boys. I had my husband do fr before our IVF cycles though (cause abstaining is not good) and we had roughly 50/50. This time we had 5 boys and 4 girls. But the 1st time he had not released in 2.5 days and we had 6 boys and 1 girl. So everyday, lowering his sperm count helped -- but only brought it down to par.&nbs...

So I know that for swaying girl you want your progesterone level to be high so your temps are high - hence swaying girl. I know this might be crazy which is why I am asking before doing...but I have tons of vaginal progesterone cream (crinone 8%) left over from my ivf cycles. Could one use those after they get their af -- say...every other day or so to get your progesterone level...

My husband just does not want to spend the money on no guarentee. We have already spent so much and the next cycle could be the same. Ivf is just like swaying, there is no guarentee. I hate to say this, but in my experience having boys I think you might be right...you dtd too much. Abstaining was great for your attempt on Wedn., but then on fri and sat you were in boy zone with his last release. I believe your 1 hour before bd douche is while standing up/sitting down on the toilet. Heard many women do it while taking a hot shower. After you bd, I think you can douche either still lying down in bed or standing up in the bathroom. Someone please correct me if Iam wrong cause I'm not 100% sure about the 2nd half. But, that still leads me to my question.......
