Congrats to you!! And, I am sorry for those who are out this month and GL to those who are still yet to test! As for me, despite very encouraging temps (and even a possibly triphasic chart), I tested today at 12 DPO and it was a BFN and even had a slight temp drop. So, I think I am out or will be soon. On to next month ...

Both my boys were conceived on the first try too and I thought that I would have no problem with this ... fast forward to month 7 (and I'm pretty srue that I am out this month too). I just turned 39. I'm so miserable about how long it is taking, and I had very encouraging temps this month, but got a BFN today, so I am assuming that I am out.
You can take the supps, etc the fe...

Have you tried Colace? It's a stool softner. My dr recommended it when I was prego with my DS2 and was hving the same types of pains.

I guess it depends on how quickly you normally O after a + opk. The range is 8 to 48 hours -- so it is def possible!! FX!!

Hi ladies! Can I join too. I'm 4 DPO today as well. I probably won't test unless something great happens with my temps ... but we will see. FX to each of you for BFPs this month!!

Hi ladies! Can I join? I just turned 39 and I've been trying to conceive # 3 (a girl, hopefully) since January. No luck yet. I have two boys (age 2 and 4) who were both conceived on the first attempt, and at this point I'm really wondering if I've wrecked my cm ph with all the supps, etc and have made it just too darn hostile down there for any spermies to survive (sure hop...

I can't open your chart, but did you have mid-cycle spotting or bleeding and indicate it on your chart as bleeding? If you do, it resets the chart. Hope you figure it out!

Hi ladies. Well (unfortunately for me) I've been around since the almost beginning of this thread and still no luck. Going on my 6th month of ttc now and really hoping. I changed from O + 12 to frequent (but lots hav...

Well, most women O anywhere from 12 to 36 hours after first + opk. As to your temp rise, it may be that you have a slow rise, which is not atypical and that it takes you a few days for temp rises (usually done within the three days, but not a huge spike after the first day). Typically, for an O + 12, your CM will go from EW to W to Creamy or from Creamy to Dry -- depends on where you...

Hi all. Thought I'd chime in. We have been ttc #3 (hopefully a girl) since January -- and no luck so far. I fell preggers with both my boys on the first attempt. I'm also baffled at what seems like forever ... hoping this is the month, and if not, hoping DH still wants to play next month :_) GL to each of you for BFPs sooon!!

Without knowing had a totally friendly boy diet -- ate bananas every day, lots of tomatoes and red sauce and high salt. DH too. Very little dairy.

I had an anterior placenta with both my boy pregnancies. Also had no problems with feeling the babies move.

you can eat breakfast if you feel that you need to -- just don't have carbs. There are breakfast recipes in Tamara's book. Also, you don't have to wait until after lunch to eat, I think you can eat at 11 (if that helps).

Hi ladies. I've been having the same problems and am on the same supps (although I am not taking Vitex this month -- only because I forgot to start it on CD 1). I'm also on CD 5 and am just spotting at this point, but my AF seems to be heavier. I never heard that about the Vitex and not getting preggers --- thought it helped with conceiving?
