Re: Adopting from Columbia

Thanks for the info. The agencies I've spoke with have never said that I couldn't adopt with 3 children. Maybe it's changed. The wait time is a little long. I am willing to wait. The kids are very well taken care of there. I hope to get more info soon!

Adopting from Columbia

Hi, I am a mom to 3 boys 8, 6 and 3. I am just started to research agencies to adopt a girl from Columbia. I am really impressed with how Columbia handles their children and I am willing to wait 3years if I have to. Has anyone adopted from Columbia or is in the process?? I could use any advice on good agencies. Thanks!

Re: Where is GSN available?

Thanks! I will email to get further info from each clinic nearest me. Has anyone used GSN in any Chicago area clinics and had success?

Where is GSN available?

Hi, I live in the midwest and am interested in doing GSN. Besides HRC where is this available openly for gender selection? I have seen the GSN website but when I visit the clinics websites that are involved with GSN I'm finding that they are not open to gender selection on their websites. I've also found that some want you to be at least 35 for a clinical study. I will be 33 and want only a ...

Anyone familiar with Dr. Sweet in SW Florida?

Hi everyone I haven't been on this board in a long time.  I am just now starting to research again the possibility of high tech ivf/pgd.  I am wondering if anyone has used or heard of Dr Sweet in Fort Myers, FL of Specialists in Reproductive Med & Surgery.  I've heard he's good but I'm wondering if he's priced a little higher in comparison.  If anyone has any info...

Re: About to give birth to 3rd son and secretively SO SAD!

I admidt I did delete a few comments[:$]  Most were very nice but to my suprise the most hurtful comment came from my aunt who herself has 3 boys and had to make the comment..." no matter what anyone tells you boys are drama, but you and your husband are strong and you will get through it." I was like what the heck??? OF all people she's  always the one to tell me how much dra...

Re: About to give birth to 3rd son and secretively SO SAD!

Thanks for all the support! He's here now and I can happily say that my GD has taken a back seat for now.  He's just a little doll and his brothers love him to death.  I know that they will be close as they grow up and that makes me the happiest mom.

Re: About to give birth to 3rd son and secretively SO SAD!

Thanks girls for your support! I am just really looking forward to getting labor over with and having my little boy in my arms and going on with life.  I'm just worried that my hearts not ready for all the comments and I'm going to have an emotional break down in the hospital.  I know that I'm a sensitive person but I just hate when a comments made intentional with a smile or l...

About to give birth to 3rd son and secretively SO SAD!

I haven't posted in a long time on in-gender.  I had to take a break after finding out about my pregnancy.  Just to recap.  I was ready and signed up to do MS/IUI and decided not to at the last minute because I saw it failing more then winning and some opposities.  So I decided I would wait until we could afford to do IVF.  Then I became unexpectedly pregnant.  I...

What are you talking about???? I think your confused. If your refering to my post I was replying Rein & Sonshines post. Go back and read hers then you'll understand that I was coming from the same place you are.  That I totally hate that comment and couldn't disagree anymore and that I think it depends on how you raise your children and what relationships you build upon that determines ...

Re: Feeling sad, discouraged and don't know what to say to anyone anymore

[quote user="Rein&Sonshines"] Our children form relationships with us based on how we raise them and treat them. I actually know soooo many women, IRL, who don't get along with their girls. I also know sons who fight with their dads, and all the vice versas. So when you hear the stupid comments, it's best to pretend like they didn't say anything at all and ignore. Don't validate their stupid...
