Hey you :) check the FAQ section...there is some info there. I have done a small amount every three days in the past (with dd)...I definitely would say I used less than a 1/4 of the applicator...like 1/2 inch or less??? something like that. I was told that if you use too much, it can have the opposite effect.
btw--did you ever get an answer to your Vit. D question??...

I O'd with both boys, did not O with my angel dd! the other day I checked my ph prior to....and it was 4.5....I then checked it after the big O....no insemination from dh....and my ph shot up to 6.0-6.5....imagine if DH's alkaline semen had been added!! That confirmed it for me. No big O if your prone to having boys and you want a girl ;)

thought I would chime in....I've swayed twice. the first time I got pg with a girl (but she was stillborn) so I tried again and got an opposite.
With my son I didn't do a full sway though....I did a lot of things "wrong" and I knew it at the time but as I had just gone through such a loss, I was very cautious and wanted truly a healthy baby first and foremost.
this time I wil...

when I was swaying with my angel dd, I was stressed to the max, as in crisis mode, b/c I found a lump in my abdomen and thought the worst...I was being tested and was a wreck....I conceived dd less than a week after I found out that everything was ok...but I can only imagine the residual effect of stress was still there....and I still, with lots of swaying, conceived a dd....hth :)
