hey guys hey aussie---sorry af arrives...i thought your sway plan for next month sounds good. remmebr i dropped some of teh sway stuff too cos i was getting desperate to get a bfp. i kept up te supps--tooks loads of cranberry and aspartame to keep teh ph low and did frequent release except for day before ovulation ( which due to opk anot showing positive) i thought it would be a 2 day cutt-off but...

nala i think maybe u not temping properly--i did that too at first it takes a while to get used to it. i just lloked at your chart are u doing the following
1. firstly u must try to do it at exactly the same time every morening
2. dont move keep the thermomneter near your bed and the moment your eyes open reach for thermometer and stick it in....
3. attempt to do a vaginal reading cos tha...

ok heres teh thing with the diet try and stock up on aspartame that brimngs down ph in a short time. i started taking 5 canderal tablets (like tablets just putting them in my mouth and swallowing tehn) and that brought my ph down to about 4.8-5.
gave the same to dh. i also took sudafed every 6 hours and at night took 2 cos ti really dries up cm and your lips and mouth gets dry too so unknow its ...

hi boofle--welcome--i was on the ttc girl forum but i also looked up ttc boy so u must do your attempt as close to ov as possible----try to determine cervix possition because when earlier inn your cycle your cervix will be hard and low adn tehn it should shift drasticcaly up and become really soft...private message me if u need any help---
