that is a great problem to have. I would say use OPK's to help pin point O since you want really dry CM.

you could O today, to confirm O you need 3 temps higher than the previous 6, and you don't have anything like that on your chart. Stress delays O so that could be the problem.

you still have not O'ed yet. Even that tiny rise on CD is nothing, you want to be looking for a temp rise that is ABOVE the previous 6 days to confirm O (three days above the previous 6 confirm O). Plus you have not yet got a +OPK, you're fine.

LIfe just changes. Sometimes you're eating healthy and that sways boy. Sometimes you're losing weight and that makes your body acidic and you have a girl. Men do make 50/50 sperm! Swaying does not garauntee gender, and there are plenty of opposite sways.

I would say that you O'ed on CD 16 and then had a slow temp rise, FF will put in cross hairs probably on thursday to confirm when you Oed. Your CM and OPK's seem to piont to CD 16, Some people, like me, just have a slow temp rise. Well a true O+12 means no cut off, because an O+12 entails BDing AFTER O, and if you did a cut off, there many already be sperm waiting for the egg, in which case it's already fertilized when you would do your O+12 anyway. i am doing O+12 with 14 day abstain because my DS was a 5 day cut off with frequent BDing so we are trying the opposite in this sway. But I beleive the diet is the most important part.

OPK's tell you you will O in the next 8-36 hours so even if you got a +OPK you could still get pg, I had DS on a 5 day cutoff!

I got 50 OPKs on Amazon for $8. I always get +OPK's with FMU, so I test at 2 pm and 10 pm .

My OPK was negative about 8 hours after I O'ed. This was my practice cycle. OPK's just detect LH, a surge of LH is what is required to O, but how fast it dissipates is different for everyone.

to lower sperm count you either want to BD every day for at least 5-7 days in a row, or abstain for 7 days, preferably 14. A true O+12 entails an abstinence of at least 7 days, if you've already done a cut off then there was probably sperm waiting for the egg when you O'ed. BD every other day or every 2-6 days is boy territory.

Since no way sways the exact same way, there are no hard and fast numbers as far as success rates go. From what I have researched, O+12 is your best bet, along with the full 7 sway factors, including following the diet 100%.

I have had this problem. I drink a large glass of milk or have a greek yogurt around 10:30 and take them then. I wake up at 6 am every day and am used to eating breakfast so I am about ready to pass out at 10:30 am. But some of my supps I spread out to aid absorption--for example, i take cranberry with each meal and before bed to spread it out.

I think it depends if you plan on doing O+12 or a cut off. RepHresh has been used as lube, I have not tried it yet. I would be sure to test both out before using then on your attempt. (I once used a certain brand of lube and had a horrible reaction, way tmi) I am going to use repHresh in the days leading up to my attempt if I need help getting my pH low. unfortunately O pain can be before, after or during ovulation.... the purpose of O+12 is that it is a good environment for girlie sperm--low pH and creamy, not EWCM. pH spikes at O and drops again afterwards, just like EWCM spikes and then rapidly gets creamy/sticky again. I have done a ton of reseach on repHresh and replens and am still not sure what I want to do. RepHresh has a pH of 4.5 and it will make everything it comes into contact with a pH of 4.5, so if your pH is lower than that it will raise it, but if it is higher it will lower it.
