i was not skinny minny to start with but i only gained 7 pounds with him so i came home less than what i started. i never got out of my regular clothes but i am flabby in the middle. i think that is worse than just baby weight. the flabby/stretchy pooch will probably always be there [=(] i feel very out of shape and just exhausted. i need to change my diet even if just for the energy!my back is st...

she does sound hungry! i am surprised by the foods you are giving her (not in a abd way)...... for us our doc was adamant that he has rice only until 6 months then introduce stage one foods slowly. he has a tender tummy, we had problems with breastfeeding because he couldnt tolerate any of my diet and we had to go thru a few formulas so i know she wants to be cautious but even for not tender ...

oh my gosh....such little beauties you all have! They all sound like they are doing fantastic!
Sunny ~ his hearing aids are permanent. He has a mild loss but easily over come with speech and aids.
I am a little worried about his eating habits tho. Maybe someone has some thoughts or advice? Liam only eats 1 - 2 oz. a feed and maybe a tsp - 2 tsp. of rice (mixed) for breakfast. He eats every 3-4 h...

My second baby had severe reflux. He would projectile vomit and just cry and cry he was in so much pain. He still at 13 has reflux. What helped him some was the meds but also a smidge of cereal in his bottle. At his doctors recommendation of course. The added thickness helped and he was more satisfied. Thank you all! Just what I needed to hear! I am hoping it is just fluid. He failed his 3rd at the doctors office yesterday so we will schedule an abr through the hospital for next week. thanks again for the responses!

Liam failed 2 hearing tests. Very little response. He is otherwise healthy so we feel very lucky and we knew that he had a chance as we already have one hearing impaired child BUT we were hopeful that he would not have to deal with it like his brother has. You are really hanging in there!! I think I would have lost my sanity by now!! It sounds like you are VERY close!! With the one that I lost my plug with I had him roughly 12 hours after I lost it!Good Luck!!

Thank you for the help. I am meeting with someone so hopefully that will help. He had his first appointment with the pediatrician yesterday and she checked him and said he does not have tongue tie. I will definitely keep going! It is great to hear that it is not too late...the last thing I want is to get frustrated thinking I have a time limit!! Thanks again!

Baby will not latch. I met with a lactation consultant in the hospital and she did help me to get him to latch. He has latched on one time since but no more. He seems to struggle with it more now than in the begining. I have been pumping and bottle feeding the breastmilk but I have to supplement with formula as I am not getting much at this point.
