I have had the worst cramps and nausea the last few days... I'm sure I'm not alone in that, and I keep telling myself it's God's way of reminding me what early pregnancy is like, almost a "Remember this? Are you sure about another baby?" and of course my answer is "I am soooo ready!" But man is it sucking in the meantime!!

Hi ladies! I start 50mg tomorrow (day 3-7) as my first cycle on it. It's actually a wasted cycle, DH will be in Africa this month so I'm just taking it to ensure a cycle and be on track when he gets back. Just thought I'd join in the convo :)

I worked at a swimming pool when I got pregnant with both of my boys, so it is true for me, But out of all of us that worked there and got pregnant I was the only one with boys, the other 5 or 6 women all had girls. I dont have total faith in this sway trick, but wont be swimming anyway just in case :)

The studies show different stats (on the main page)... We've been wondering this too.. We are on an increbly high frequency (every 12 hours) and I'm not getting pg, so maybe that is too frequent? Thanks for posting this, I'll be curious what others say

I know exactly whaty you mean! the 2WW is torture, but the fact that I "just know" I'm pregnant without a BFP is killing me... I am usually very in tune with my body, and now I feel like this, but question it... If I'm not pregnant there is something very wrong with me!!
Good luck, I hope we both get BFP (or looking at the date, I hope you already have... I'll check, sorry if I missed it)

I was just searching for something similar, and this thread came up, so I'm jumping on! There was a thread before (the one I was searching for) that had a theory that late implantation sways girl... Does anyone know about this/ study on this/ know where that original thread is?

I'm so sorry... It must not have worked. It should be now! Ding bat moment, thanks for letting me know! You'd think one of the many before you could have said something LOL
I should add the third phase probably isn't there, I have a normal "second" phase temp today... But a very strange HPT. It was blue on the tips of where the line is supposed to be, so the control line with a dot above and be...

I am fairly new to charting, and have reason to believe I may be pg sooner than planned. My chart even has a few characteristics of "clues" that this may be true, but I can't help but think I'm imagining things... I have a dip at 8 DPO and yesterday the chart jumped up again, making it clearly triphasic... Can one of you professional charters take a look and let me know if it is what I think it is...

You should be safe, but every person is different. If you are not bleeding currently, and you ovulate early I guess you could technically get pregnant, but BC pills are designed to be keep you from getting pregnant as long as you are taking a pill every day, on time without fail! If you are then you shouldn't have anything to worry about... HTH!

Do you have one with baby lying on it's back, a profile shot? I don't know if others can tell from this, but I thought it had to be the profile to see the nub?

Looks like a boy to me. My first reaction was WOW THAT IS HUGE, because the way the legs are shaded it looks like tiny legs and a "penis" the same size, but the legs are actually most of the picture and the pp who did the drawing was spot on. Looks just like my boys... Sorry I didn't say girl, is there a chance you'll have another US to double check?

We are waiting as DH is currently serving in Afghan, he will be back in March. DS#2 will be 14 months when we start trying, so the age gap will be bigger than between DS#1 and DS#2. I LOVE the gap between them and wanted the same gap but that's not possible.
GL to all ladies. x x x x

I am not 100% but I think cheese is too high in sodium? There are certain cheeses you can have in limited amounts, but I think for the most part you want to stick to other dairy for your calcium... I hope someone will correct me if I am wrong on this one... :)
PurpleAbyss- It sounds like you tried your best with your sway, maybe there is more at work in your case? It doesn't mean that swaying d...

Just when I thought I was getting the hang of this...
My first reaction is that bay is arching "its" back and that "nub" is a leg??? I guess I need more experience guessing....
Hope it turns out to be exactly what you want!!

I honestly can't tell from either of those photos, they seem to be funny angles or something... I don't know if I'd be comfortable with how unclear it is... That's just me though... is that the best they gave you? At 24 weeks I'd think it would be blatently obvious... Sorry not to have a good (and hopefully right) guess!

Hello! I have been a bit of a spaz the last few days... It's SOOOOO COLD outside and we've been staying inside a lot, which is odd for us. I'm starting to get cabin fever. Maybe I should just double bundle the kids and go for a 10 minute walk, it would help! LOL
I am not even close to ready for Christmas, with the exception of baking! I love baking and it's about all I've done holiday wise. I h...

I knew with both, but not right away. I had the feeling of boy by about 17-19 weeks (not long before I found out for sure) and was right both times. I have heard a lot of women "know for sure" with boys but not with girls.. Could it be a chemical thing? I'm hoping if we have a girl next I'll just "know" because we wont be finding out before "her" birth!

Thank you so much!! I don't know if the timing was close enough, we may have just been in "safe" territory, but it's so subjective... That has been my prayer all weekend, "Lord if I must be pregnant on your timing instead of mine, can you please make it a GIRL"
