Its soo quite in here...how are your little ones doing? Baby Zidaan has been great, he seems to think its night time between 6pm-2am as he sleeps very nicely during that timeframe then starts waking up every 2-3 hours afterwards. He just got his 1st shots today so snuggling with daddy while I run after our 14 month old. Oh he's 10lb 12oz as of today and takes 4oz every 3 hours.

Well started sooner than I expected and wanted. I got my period in full force on July 14, 2 days before I would be 8 weeks PP.

Congrats! You'll love having them so close...Look at my siggy, my boys are 12 months apart. It's actually not as hard as many people think....you'll love having them close and they'll be BFFs. Its actually soo cute seeing my 14 old trying to play with his brother...he's always calling him "baby" and tries to steal his bottles/pacifiers. lol

Almost 8 week PP, and not Bfeeding so nothing yet. Last year I started 12 weeks after having DS1, so might start in August.

Since many of us use FB more than IG...I thought of making a group where we can all share photos and update on how the little ones are doing. Someone made a group like this for the May 2010 which Im a part of and its wonderful to see all the babies who are now toddlers. Add me on FB (Manisha Hassan) and let me know your Ingender user ID so I can add you to the group.

I just had my 3rd c-section in May. Since it's a scheduled c-section they day will be like this:
-No food OR drinks for atleast 9 hours I believe.
-You come in and they'll hook you upto IV and do a scan to see if everything is good, then you might have to wait longer than the original scheduled time as they will always do the emergency sections before scheduled ones. Last year when I had DS...

Aw thats not fun....My sister's daughter has it and she's on meds. Have you talked to the pedi?? Maybe they can give him some meds...also keeping them on a swing is a really good idea. My niece even sleeps on the swing.
Not sure if it would help but whenever my boys puke a lot of get gassy I give them gripe water...works like magic.

I agree!!! Our little man now wakes up every 2-3 hours at night for a feeding...Wish he would take longer breaks between feeding at night. And wow 6oz? How much does he weigh?

No one else around? Well we had baby Zidaans 1st month checkup and he went from 5.11 at birth to 8.6 in 4 weeks! I think he'll gain weight just like his brother...I have small babies but once they are born they sure bulk up fast :D

So our babies are almost a month or is already a month now...how are they doing now?
Zidaan is still a very calm baby but he's a lot more awake now, loves to just look around things near him. He drinks 4oz every 3 hours, we're taking him this Wednesday for his 1st month checkup so we can see how much he has gained so far.

Our little one is eating about 2-3 oz as well, every 3-4 hours. He sleeps all day long and we have to wake him up for feedings....and sleeps through the night. He is SO different from DS1 who was born last May and Im not complaining with all the extra time. He is our last as well, and I think I finally got a keeper..lol. He's giving mommy the much needed rest as DS1 is just 12 months and requi...

All totally normal. I wouldn't wake him for a feed though. He'll wake himself once he's hungry. You will just get him into the habit of waking every 3 hours and it'll continue for months. All they do for the first few weeks is feed and sleep so just a tip for you don't get him into the habit of being up if he doesn't need to be up. When he feeds put him down once the fe...

Such adorable babies, and cant believe they change and look so big in just 2 months!!
I'm not part of this group but since you all had your little ones just a few months ago I'm hoping someone can answer my questions. Our son is always sleeping, we'll wake him up for a feeding and about 30 mins later he goes back to sleep....He basically wakes up for a feeding and thats it. He's taking 3oz ev...
