Thank you! It's going to be fairly easy for me as my family live in Italy but with DS3 I look like a small whale already at 12 weeks [rofl]

Hello girls, how are you all? I have been on and off on IG and at one point I wasn't even sure if I was going to sway or not but I am. I have my plan sorted now, I will start the diet in September, after my holiday in Cuba and my first attempt in October depending on my cycle.
I had my coil out in June, got my AF two weeks after that; before the Mirena I had a Swiss clock AF every 28 days, ...

Hello girls,
how are you? I am officially on holiday now until the end of Sepember and my boys have their last day at school too tomorrow. Everything is fine here, got my plan sorted out and dates for the next 6 months starting from October, very excited now! [:D] I am going to do a two weeks menu plan which I can rotate and do more reading about swaying.

I would like to do this to see what it says but I can't work out what time I should select as it doesn't have UCT or GMT. I live in the UK if anyone can help me I will check it and let you know what my results are.
I also used the www.findoutbabygender.com and the results seem to be quite good.

I had the Mirena out on the 25 of June after nearly 4 years but did chart before that for about 5 months and yes you still O with it in situ. However my AF were very short, a day or two but still fairly regular. Before the Mirena, I would have a period every 28 days on the clock, I am hoping it will be the case this time around too.
