Sorry to keep you all waiting but I just haven't been able to get on as all of a sudden everyone wants to visit. Been good to catch up with friends though. I got a BFP today!!!! [:D] Woo Hoo!! Nala - Sorry for being clueless but what do the empty circles mean on some of your temps? I don't have any of those. Looking at your chart it doesn't look like you O'ed to me but like you said you had a lot of interupted sleep. Have you posted in the main forum for some help? Sorry wish I could help more I know how frustrating it is sometimes. Big Hugs!

Ola - Nice to see you back. No I have given up on SU just doing TBM now. My incubator was driving me mad and all the practising was really time consuming I had no time for anything else. Life is hectic enough without it! Quite annoyed with myself for giving up but DH wasn't too happy and was begining to affect the time I spent with DS's too. How about you?

Oh Star, I'm sorry your attempt didn't go well. You really need nerves of steal for swaying don't you. Like Lola said why don't you try with a mesh thats how I was doing mine and it worked well the only thing that let me down was the incubator. It really takes the stress out of it floating using the mesh. I was using tights as suggested by the wonderful maybababy! :) Your PH sounds perfect! Mines ...

Hi Nala - I would take more notice of the digi ones. Wish I had some help for knowing when you O to share but all I go on is OPk and when Cervix is soft and open. Mine doesn't stay like it for long. The thing that has helped me the most is all the info I have gathered about my O's in previous cycles like when I get EWCM etc. Think its different for everyone. If CP is HSO I would say you are O'ing ...

Star - The most important thing is too stay relaxed. Sorry if TMI but I put one leg on the toilet and fold the cup as per instructions edge one side in first then as that goes in insert the other side in (hope that makes sense) It took me a while to figure it out. Like I said before try and stay relaxed, I find it impossible to get in if i'm tense.

Sorry I forot to say star I O within 24 hours of my +ve OPK too. Not sure how normal it is, but I get fade in lines aswell so I do get a bit of warning, do you? Otherwise it would be a real rush to get everything in place so quick.
