In the UK we only get 12 week and 20 week scans unless we pay for private ones. I was told DS1 could have downs at my 20 week scan due to a thickening of the neck (it was 10 years ago and I was 17) I remember being so scared and gave me a week to decide if I wanted to terminate the pregnancy, I decided to carry on with the pregnancy and he was born with no Down syndrome!

Thanks girls [love] Yes I'm sure I can get another midwife as I remember when pg with DD my midwife mentioning she had, had a few new ladies swapping over to her. At my practice they have 2 midwife days Tuesdays and Fridays so I'm guessing 2 different midwives. I will ring up and ask if I can swap to Tuesdays, but just say that its more convenient or something as I dont want the new midwife being ...

I was thinking about maybe contacting the early fetal assesment unit to see if I can go in, I'm sure I could easily squeeze out a few tears on the phone when telling them about today to get them to let me come in for a quick scan. I mean what harm is just a quick scan to know that bubs is ok in there [:)]

With my DS's I seemed to get morning sickness mostly in the evening and with DD mornings/daytime. Just wondering if there is a connection.

Hi peeps , well I feel like poop lol
I started with ms 2 days ago and now wish I hadnt wanted it hee hee, I'm really tired all the time and super forgetful its crazy. My hair keeps going greasy after a day and I've gotten a couple of spots [yuck] also cant go to the toilet sorry TMI [:$] Only good thing about the ms is I'm not eating as much wooo!!
I'm craving sweets and chocola...

Everyday I seem to be getting more and more symptoms, first tired, then bloated, forever hungry, feeling hot and dizzy, now Ive woken up with a huge spot and my hair seems to be getting greesy really fast like by the end of the day it looks gross [:$] If I carry on like this I'm going to look like shrek by 20 weeks [rofl]
Anyone else getting more symptoms?
