I think mourning the loss is our way of protecting ourselves and preparing ourselves just in case we are not expecting the gender we had hoped for.

I had a vanishing twin with my first pregnancy. I was told that it is just a sac that develops and no fetus is typically ever in there. So there was never any real chance for it being a living twin. I had light bleeding for about a week when the sac was passing, the rest of my pregnancy was very normal.

maybe only one or two pounds, BUT I've lost ONE inch off my waist! I am so happy! I want to lose another 3 inches, but it is a start. I've been doing aerobics and exercises that target the waist, stomach, and hips.
UPDATE...just to let you know, I've worked out for about one hour for the past 7 out of 11 days.

Are you changing your diet at all? Few people realize that exercise, expecially cardio really doesn't burn as much as we realize. n
[/quote]
I have changed my diet some, mostly because exercising in general decreases my appetite. Maybe I need to do more diet wise.

hmmm...guess I didn't ever realize I should keep going. I always stop!

Everytime I stop swaying my hips to catch a hoop it tells me to keep swaying while trying to catch it. I just cannot coordinate those two actions. To me it is like patting the top of your head while rubbing your stomach LOL!

When you use the Wii Fit do you do it straight through so that a one hour routine takes you only about an hour (maybe a little more) or does it take much longer becasue of interruptions?

I've worked out on the Wii Fit for 6 of the past 10 days for at least an hour each day. 45 minutes or so of it is always cardio. I feel fatigue in certain muscles, but so far no weight loss.
I am not at all giving up, but it is discouraging!
