oh, hugs, hun. how about taking a break from swaying for a month or so? I did not take any supplements for my sway except for vitamin E and folic acid. I was on soy and EPO for 2 cycles and they messed up my cycles so badly I stopped. this month is not wasted at all, as it's the first month you've used the monitor? maybe monitor your cycles for another 3-4 months before you make another attempt? a...

I've been wondering about that, too. I guess it's ok for the mom, but not so good for the dad if you're swaying boy. Doesn't alcohol lower sperm count?? [:^)]

We're a two-DD family and we're nice [lmao] Well, the situation's about to change as I am carrying a third. I think this might be another girl though, although we did try for a boy.My dream family used to be 2 of each gender, but my bottom line has always been at least 2 girls. For financial reasons DH and I decided to stop at 2 kids, and I was content, because I got what I want. Last year we chan...

oh, and by the way, I have not lost all hope, because tiebreaker? (in Lynne's fertility monitor thread) already said that she conceived her son with a 1.5-2 days cutoff, so I am still keeping my fingers crossed [pray] Although I'd still be happy with another girl [love]

hey babydust, we did mean O - 2 days, sorry it wasn't clear. I thought I had put a "d" behind the 2 in my last post, no?

Well, in your other thread, I already said that I would have had a perfect timing for my sway, if I had trusted my monitor and temp. I don't know why I didn't, since they've given me reliable results for 6 months!!! I ended up relying on the opk and then BD'ed O-2d, which according to Tamara, is in the girl zone. I used EW as well, hope it helped [pray]Anyway, what's done is done. My big sca...

Lynne, from your FF chart and fertility monitor, you did O on cd17. FF will not confirm O until you have shown three consecutive days of temp rise. sometimes the first day after temp dip does not show a sharp temp rise. trust the monitor, one of the 2 peak days is your O day! don't be upset, you're now in the 2WW!!!

I think you've probably gained some but you certainly have water loss because of the diarrhea, so it sort of masked the weight gain. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

hi Lynne, if you know you usually O on the cd-17 and today is cd-16, I would recommend BD tonight or tomorrow morning. I think you'll get another egg on your monitor tomorrow morning. you are right, tomorrow night might too late, it might be O+12. tonight or tomorrow morning would be the closest to your O, I think.really excited for you. GL!!!! best wishes.... [hearts]

I also peed a lot, I think for a week after bfp. and then it got better. since bfp, I've been feeling extremely tired almost all the time. the only way to stop me from dozing off during the day is to really concentrate on my work. if I stop for a break, I'd doze off.... and by the time I get home from work, I don't feel like cooking or playing with the girls, just want to to hit the pillow. DH's b...

personally think fertility monitor is more reliable as it tells you when your 2 peak fertility days are, and usually one of those peak days is your O day. my experience with opk is that they can tell you as early as 3 days ahead that you're about to O and they might turn negative just before you O, so it's rather confusing for me. I relied my attempt on the opk and kind of messed it up. we bd'ed t...

CBEFM = clear blue electronic fertility monitor if you are also temping, try to find out when does the "egg" agree with the dip in temp. for me, temp dip almost always happened on the second "egg" day, so that's the O day for sure.
