5 embryos and all 5 came back abnormal, SO, if you all could fill me in on what supplements to use that would be great. i wll take a beak over the summer and try again in sept, so would love any help you could give me re Supplements for improving egg health (need to get some normal embryos next time!!

I had posted a long post back re pretesting but it didnt go through and I cant gear up to retype it all. anyway, i DID do all the pretesting you all mentioned of course. I thought there was some other testing I didnt know about. All results came back great. And this RE has top rating in NYC so you think hed really know what he was doing- fat lot of good it did me...

BTW- you should continue as while yours are coming back abnormal, at least you are getting several females. THat is hopeful right there!
In my 2 cycles I had 4 out of 4 male and then 2nd cycle was 3 out of 4 male (all abnormal). SO, I think (even though no one agrees) that there are justcertain ppl/couples who produce mostly males. Luckily you don't seem to be one of them (I certainly do! :-)

Hi. I am new to the board and just wanted to tell you I feel for you. I, too, just had a flop of a cycle. Had 5 embryos to PGD and ALL came back abnormal! It is frustrating and heartbreaking. I guessI will do all I can to increase egg quality. My RE didnt do pretesting bc Ive had 2 children with no problems (each conceived on 1st attempt) and then my last IVF/PGD resulted in 5 embryos, 3 normal males and 1 abnormal (and i guess one that didnt make it) .

THey said ALL of them were abnormal! I turned 38 2 days ago and the nurse suggested that getting alll abnormals like this would indicate that going forward I would not be likely at all to get viable embryos. . I would loved ot have used MS, obviously, to boost our chances of a female embryo BUT it wasnt possible here in NYC. How did you all (those of you who used MS. ANd did most of you use MS or roughly which % used MS? I am new to board so pls forgive my ignorance).

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site! I had an egg retrieval on Tuesday and was disheartened to see that I got 10 eggs, but of those only 5 fertilized (tey said there were only 7 mature eggs). They aer now in PGD process and I was due to hear back today or tomorrow.
I have done one other round and last time got 6 eggs only, of which 5 fertilized and there was 1 very viable male and 2 other...
