Hi spiderI just came across this thread and thought ud might be interested. This one turned out girl. I think it looks a bit similar to yours. Im not saying yours is a girl but there is some similarity so i can see why its a difficult stage. I still think mine is a girl i dont think there is enough sticking out for it to be a boy.http://www.in-gender.com/cs/forums/t/222225.aspx?PageIndex=1

im going to go against the grain and say that that could easily be the umbilical cord especially cause there is another one exactly in front of it which is exactly the same. I wouldnt be basing anything on this shot. It could well and easily be a girl as nothing else appears to be except lines. Do u have any other photos. This one could be merely showing the cord only.

i didnt even see the leg there before but part of the shadowy thing looks like its attached to the baby. And it seems to low to be umbilical cord.

bumping for responses to the thing just above nub. Is it part of the nub or something else?? Anyone know.

yeah i can see how its girl. The nub is in line with the very end of the spine which slightly curves up like the nub. The nub has no angle on it. It is exactly parallel. Im pretty sure if they told u girl its a girl esp since the nub does line up with the spine. Sorry if that is not what u wanted to hear. It makes it hard when u were expecting it to go the other way.

There is a lighter thing with lines above the brighter lines. Is this also part of the nub or something else?

Also got this pic of baby's lower limbs. Im not sure what that is jutting out but im thinking its girls parts just moved forward because of the angle the pic was taken?? Anyone seen this before?

DD's potty shot. Ok DD's potty shot is very very girly at 11.5 weeks. I remember posting it and people were astonished baby was only 11.5 weeks but i cant see too much difference btw the two. In fact they look pretty similar. From what i can see boys at this stage have more of a protusion and look like there is a paw thing sticking out.

I would love another boy as we lost ds2 at 11 days old. We have since had a dd. DD's potty shot at 11 weeks was similar to this although even more girly. Tech guessed with her at 11.5 weeks and was 90% certain dd was a girl and yep she was right. I just think there would be a lot more sticking out if there was a boy and doesnt seem much at all. Will show. Will also add photo of pointy things sticki...
