I know, I didn't want to tell him no and create some kind of tension between him and the babies, but they are so tiny and fragile! But they didn't catch it - thank goodness for breastmilk! No kidding - I'm ready to be past the newborn stage for sure, and they are only 3 weeks old!

I'm tired, but they are really good babies! They just eat a lot! Noah is doing great - he loves them SO much - probably too much. He was sick last week and we had the hardest time keeping him away from them because he just wants to touch them and see what's going on with them. It's so cute - when they are crying he goes and pats them on the head and says "it's ok, bab...

Glad to hear they are staying put! Although you've done great to make it this far, and they will be fine anytime they arrive now! They may require a little NICU time, but I doubt you would have lung issues at this point. I'm hoping you have big, healthy full term babies, though! I hated leaving mine behind, even though it was only a week or so.

[doh] Why would anybody elect to have a c section when given the choice??? I don't get it! This is miserable! I mean, I'm relatively ok. I'm completely off pain meds, but I still have a little bit of pain. So it could be worse, but I just want to feel like myself and be able to excercise and all that.

How long did it take until you were completely healed and felt like normal again? I'm about 2.5 weeks out and feel like I still have a loooooong way to go.

OMG that's so exciting! I always thought you were supposed to go straight to the hospital when your water broke. I had a friend that that happened to and they just induced her since she wasn't contracting and because of the risk of infection. GL!!! I can't wait to hear an update!
