Natural cleaning products to help keep pests away!

Ants: Locate the place of entry, squeeze a lemon onto it and leave the peel. Ants will also retreat from lines of talcum powder, chalk, bone meal, charcoal dust and cayenne pepper. Cockroaches: Plug all small cracks along baseboards, wall shelves, cupboards and around pipes, sinks, and bathtub fixtures. For a trap, you can try lightly greasing the inner neck of a milk bottle and putting a littl...

The Pantry! This is a big one!Start with the top shelf first & work your way down. Throw away anything that hasn't been used in 6 months unless you really need it.Take out everything on that shelf & then wipe the shelf clean.Try & put as many packets into plastic containers as you can. You can also use bag fasteners or pegs if you need to seal a bag.Put the things you use the least on...

Congratulations Alkalyza on your BFP.[HC] Sorry AF has turned up for some ladies.[HB] Gl to everyone still waiting.[GLC] Well AF usually arrives on CD28 for me..but today it is CD29 she hasn't come. Today's Kitchen cleaning challenge!

Ok...after getting the oven done..that was a big one lol today we will work on the cupboard under the sink. I keep most of my cleaning products under there so I am sure there are heaps of empty bottles to get rid of. Under the Sink Clean! Grab your gloves, a sponge, old toothbrush & some cream cleanser. Take everything out of your cupboard & go through what you use & what ...

Re: Post your pg symptoms before AF was due!

Keep them coming![:)] I dont think it is unusual to feel pg early on. It takes around 5 to 9 days after Ovulation for implantation to occur but some women swear they felt symptoms from as early as 1 dpo. I had very aching boobs for 4 days & felt yuk but now nothing so maybe my mind is playing tricks on me lol.

Post your pg symptoms before AF was due!

I know this is helpful to other ladies waiting in the 2ww! You can either post your symptoms from the start of 1dpo & up or post general pg symptoms including cervix position, nausea, emotions, breast tenderness etc.xo

Re: Feel like my DH & I can't make girls :(

I say go high tech if it is an option for you. If you really want a DD IVF/PGD is the best option. I would do it if our country allowed it.As for twins..I would love twins too...GL..xo[GLC][:)]

Re: the reason I've been MIA...

I am so sorry to hear you are having a rough time of late.[HB] The main thing to do is try & rest as much as possible. You & your baby's health is much more important than cleaning. Don't worry too much about others having to help you out at work...it wont be forever & it sounds like you have helped many people previously. Go have a nice warm bath & try & treat yourself.Even th...

Re: Boy Discrimination-- For those with all boys

Girls have autism too dont they? I know a friend who's daughter has asperger. I guess there may be more boys diagnosed with autism than girls maybe? I think women are their own worst enemies. When I think about it..not many men say negative comments about any gender but women are the ones who seem to make sweeping comments about boys or girls. They tend to label all boys as boisterous & all gi...

Re: Boy Discrimination-- For those with all boys

I think society does look down at boys when they are young. I see it in my sons preschool & school. Some women think boys are loud & rough but what is wrong with boys being loud & playing? I do have friends with all girls & have heard many sweet comments about their all girl families but when they find out I have 5 wonderful boys I often get the comment 'poor you'. I dont read too ...
