Re: What is the most consecutive boy or girl births you've seen or heard of in one family?

I met someone two years ago who told me about her aunt who is a Mennonite and has 14 boys (and no girls).

Re: Need MoM NT scan info please

For HCG, yes. MoM HCG is generally higher in girls on average than in boys. Now, I was writing about nuchal translucency neck thickness (not HCG MoM), which is the opposite: it tends to be thicker in boys so boy are more likely to have a higher MoM than girls. Also, keep in mind that NT mm is completely different than NT MoM. MM is millimeters and MoM is multiples of the median.

Re: Need MoM NT scan info please

I think the thread talked about HCG MoM unless I missed something as I browsed through it. Were you wondering about NT thickness MoM or just HCG MoM? Because they have also found that female fetuses have lower MoMs than males as far as NT thickness. It is a definite significant difference. The average MoM NT thickness for boys is a little about 1 MoM and for girls it is a little below 1 MoM. ...

Re: toilet shot at 21 weeks

Thank you!! So... Should I not worry about the initial boy guesses? lol Thanks again to all who wrote in!

Re: toilet shot at 21 weeks

Thank you, everyone, for writing in! I really appreciate it. Sooo... is it safe to give away my baby boy clothes (I have lots of friends who are having boys and they would really appreciate the boy stuff now) and dust off the girl stuff?

Re: toilet shot at 21 weeks
My guess is girl, but this doesn't look like a toilet shot to me (since you can see one of the whole legs).  But I'd try not to worry- I'm sure your tech got a much better view than just this 1 image!  (it does look girly to me though)
Oops, you're right -- I guess it isn't a toilet shot. Sorry about that, everyone.  Thanks for the guess!

Re: toilet shot at 21 weeks
I actually thought before I scrolled down and saw the boy votes. My boy u/s had an obvious penis. This looks like labia which is slightly bigger since we are looking at a 21 weeker and not a 16 weeker.
Thanks. Yes, the baby is quite developed (nearly 22 weeks) in the photo and big. (By the way, I am now 29 weeks - this was taken a while back and I ...

Re: toilet shot at 21 weeks

Hi ladies- Thanks for the guesses! I am seriously having a panick attack here now. The tech was quite experienced and looked 3 different times and said it was for sure a girl. Now I'm wondering... Anyone else want to take a guess? Thank you!

Re: toilet shot at 21 weeks

Hmmm.. The tech was certain it is a girl. (I blacked out the part that was labeled 'labia') What do other people think? Thanks!

reminder to color farmmama pink

Hi! I hope you are all well! I haven't been on ig much these days - sorry! I posted a while back that our u/s said girl but my post might have gotten lost in the shuffle. I see on the spreadsheet I am still black. Just wanted to remind whoever is in charge now of the girl spreadsheet to color Farmmama pink :) I think it is the 2nd ttc girl spreadsheet. Thanks and good luck to you all! Farmmam...

Re: Farmmama's BFP

Oh cool! I think I finally got it to cut-&-paste! Here it is: Name: Farmmama ~ Gender Resulted ? - Will know in 9 months (we probably will not find out gender at U/S) ~ Swaying Attempt - Natural, EGS (TBM, SU, GDC, MSU), High Tech (IUI, IUI/MS), details? natural ~ pH CM pH 4's and low 5s ~ DH pH I think 8-ish? Re: Farmmama's BFP

Hmm I couldn't get it to show the questions part. After pressing "quote," it showed the other part of your post but the questions part showed up in some weird looing code. I'm on an Apple Mac if that means anything? I also tried to do a simple copy and paste but that didn't work either. Maybe it's the computer I'm on?

Re: Farmmama's BFP

thanks, all! Oh, I wanted to change where I wrote that I didn't have much ewcm to that I did have some ewcm (now that I am remembering better and can look back at my chart). Ok! Well, I'm not one to find out the gender early but if I do, I'll post it of course. Otherwise, I'll find out when the baby is born. Feel free to email me if you haven't heard from me at that time. I wish you all the best a...

Farmmama's BFP

Had BFP today and want to fill out spreadsheet but... can't figure out how to get the spreadsheet questions onto this post. Anyone know? In the meantime, I'll try to describe what happened around conception: I lost like 10 lbs during 3 or so weeks before ovulation (I'm thin to begin with). I also had a stomach bug a week before ovulation plus other viral symptoms. This lowered my ph like crazy....

Re: Ph testing confusion... need advice

Hi there- You would need to post this in the Gender Swaying forum instead. This forum is only for swaying attempts. Good luck!
