I wasn't saying that she shouldn't have a large or big family, I don't discriminate or care how many children a women has, my mom is the youngest of 10 kids and my biggest hero was my maternal grandma. I've just been thinking a lot about the poor woman that passed away giving birth, I think it's just affected me more than I thought, since it happened so close to Mother's Day and all. I am sure tha...

Congrats on your new baby boy! What did you name him? How big was he? Enjoy him every single minute as they grow soooo fast. Before long he will be 3 then you'll blink and he'll be 10 and so forth. Congrats again!

My kids fight a lot too, but it is kind of normal sibling rivalry. I fought a lot with my younger brother too, and now we are very close, we are 2 years apart, my kids are very spaced out due to fertility issues and yes they still fight. It is a part of life unfortunately. My good friend has two kids that are five years apart and she says all they do is fight and basically hate each other. I'm so ...

My 10 year old son took his three year old brother down to his room where they each made me a card, then he(my 10 year-old) put into two clay/ceramic turtles that he had made in scouts in a box and inside one of the cards he gave me his tooth fairy money. My oldest son cleaned the whole house and gave me my hugs for mother's day. My only daughter wanted to have a sleep over at her grandma's house...

Two people I know did a foster to adopt program. They each started the process to foster kids, one was an infant the other family fostered a two-year old. Each ended up adopting them. I hear that there are hundreds of kid's that end up in the foster system forever, but if you are interested in adopting them, it is a win win situation for the foster parents and the child of course.

I've always wondered this too, but then most people stop at 3 or 4 kids and don't want to go for another for different reasons. I know one family that has 6 boys no girls, but they stopped, I also know a family with 7 daughters no boys and they are done. My sil had 5 boys in a row, then her last two were girls, very sure that they didn't sway, did not change anything around, just had girls. I thin...

So happy to read this, I too was VERY worried for you and your son. I always feel bad when mothers don't instantly bond with their newborns. It just seems so sad. Good luck to you and your family.

Your oldest son sounds adorable. I'm sure she will always feel protected with having her big brothers watching out for her. Also, I just wanted to say my anniversary is May 2nd, what a great day to have a birthday too :) She is such a pretty baby, congrats again.

Such sweet beautiful babies! I am so excited for you both. I bet your boys were really excited to meet their little sister. She is absolutely a doll. And Kimmarie, your little man is such a sweetie. Congrats to you both.

If you don't pay for a multi-cycle package upfront, then yes you do pay each cycle. This is alot more expensive to do it this way. We paid for a four cycle package, up front and yes we used up all four some were a no transfer, and if I want to pay for the blood work and such I can do another go, but emotionally I'm not sure I want to do it. The meds are always extra and since we have to use more, ...

Not really sure about the swaying part, one of the ladies was a former co-worker(I am a sahm currently) but she had a 6 year-old son and had secondary infertility, so she was offered the hsg test to rule out any blockages/reasons for her infertility issues. The other lady was my sister's best friend and she didn't have any other kids, just having trouble conceiving. I had a son after having it, bu...

I actually asked this question almost three years ago on the infertility section. A few ladies did respond and it seems that it doesn't sway blue, I have since known two ladies that had the hsg test and then went on to get pregnant with girls. So please don't stress about this at all. Good luck!

I just thought of a few more names, a lady in our neighborhood recently had a baby girl(after 3 boys) and she named her Tessa, we also have a cousin of my dh that has a Kayla and Keira, both are 5 letters and end in an a. I'm lucky because my dh doesn't get too pushy about the names, he mostly lets me have my way with whatever I pick. My dd's name is Olivia and it has become VERY popular, but I st...

Why not use Melia, pronounced like Malia, but with an e instead of an a. It's my niece's name. I only know boy's named Rylan. So it's makes me think boy when I hear it. From your list I love Ava the best, 2nd pick would be Charlotte. Some that might work for you; Sienna, or Siena would make the 5 letter rule, Sofia, Emma, Gracie, Ella, Stella, Bella, Taya, Marissa, Olivia, Hanna, Savanna, an...

I'm nomally not on this site much, but I couldn't just read and run as they say, I read a few of your posts and while I personally try to stay out of other people's business I just had to comment on your post. I think that it's okay to have these feelings. It means you are human and perhaps that you are not really ready to close the door to another baby. My dh and I have fertility issues and for s...

LTB, I just popped on here to see if you'd had your little man yet, and you have. He is so gorgeous. I love his pouty little mouth. What a handsome little guy. I love his name too. A huge congrats. He is simply gorgeous. What do his big brothers think?

Hi Tinks! I have been wondering about you.I read on a surrogate site that alot of women take pineapple right before(like the day before) and the five days after transfer. It has bromelain in it and it acts like aspirin. It can(or so "they" say) make the transfer more successful. It helps the uterus become more sticky and helps the embryos implant.

Newbaby, I'm really sorry that they don't have the answers that you need. I think it is hard when you lose a child and the "experts" don't know why. There must have been a shortage of angels in heaven and she was needed there more than here with you. I really am sorry for all that you, your dh and kids are going through right now. I probably won't be on IG much, I do want to check up on you from t...

I'm not sure, I'd guess maybe you are eating more healthy equals faster growing hair? I know that when I was pregnant with my boys my leg hair grew faster as well as the other body parts too, when I was pregnant with my dd, it actually slowed down. Not sure if it is related or not. Maybe the other ladies on here will chime in.

I'm sorry if I upset you ladybug, I never meant to do that, I just was putting it out there that it does/can happen as it did with my cute little neighbor, she and her dh felt bad for this little guy because he wouldn't have a sib close in age, lucky for them it worked and they did give him one close, she did have her tubes tied after this last little baby because she didn't want to leave it up to...

Another concern may be that IF you decide to go ahead and have a baby 4 or years down the line, your 4 older girls will be doing their own thing and having friends and activities and such, then baby comes along and you'll think wait, we can't let #5 be all alone with no sibling close then you may decide to add a sixth. I being serious, I have a lady a few houses up from me that has 4 older k...

I think it's cute and I don't care what people say about the Belle/Bella names! I love them and if my ds1 would have been a girl(he is 16) he would have been Isabella. Lillybell is cute imo. Good luck!
