Maybe having your dd first will help with your ds being more mellow? His older sibling might set the tone for him a bit?
My oldest dd loves her sisters like bff, but now that she is old enough to have friends she has a bff. Her bff goes with us everywhere. Maybe your dd will have good friends and your life will be filled with little girls anyways.
Im sure your in...

You've come to the right place! All i can say is I totally understand the feeling of wanting a particular gender whatever the reason or circumstance its still that same pain of longing for something. I wish you luck at your ultrasound cant wait to hear back keep us posted. xoxo

I love your attitude! I also stay away from the GD board it brings up too many bad feelings and i always find myself getting really defensive. Goodluck with all your GORGEOUS girls you truly are so lucky. xoxo Amy

Thats so unfair, i know i used to dream about having a boy after DD#2 it was always me opening the nappy to see what i got and i was so happy it was a boy then i'd wake up[:(] With my 3 DDs i sort of new deep down that they were girls and with DS i told my DH in the early weeks i really think its a boy and he was but hey its 50/50 right. The stress when i was PG with DC#4 (DS) before finding...

My thoughts exactly. Love your post i've said before it is'nt helpful to anybody to be saying negative things about the opposite genders we should all support each other.I hope you get your dream little boy one day you so deserve it.

I had it done with DD#3 and 1 and a half days later i went into labor although i was already around 12 days overdue. With my DS i had it done at exactly 39 weeks and at 40 weeks on my due date i went into labor so not sure if it helped or not. I really think if your body is'nt ready the baby wont come no matter what.I'd get it done for sure but just dont get your hopes up Goodluck

sorry i didnt mean that to sound bitchy just a general statement. My DH is from a culture where girls are born to serve men i hate it (he's not like that thank god)

Yes i know i really wanted a boy after 3 girls i understand GD but a post like this will only have people getting defensive about what they have. It really is no benefit to anyone. I really should have just ignored it but i couldnt help myself

Yeah i know what you mean. Theres nothing that i'd be really "happy" taking, it sucks. Its so unfair we have to have babies get fat go on BC and he doesnt change anything lol oh and he does'nt "do" condoms either lol.

This isnt very helpful to any one with GD i dont get the point of hypotheticals. Boys and girls are gr8 for different reasons do we really have to chose? sorry but i really had to say something.

If i was guaranteed another boy, a brother for my son i wouldnt hesitate but as we all know there is no guarantee so i think i'll stick to 4[:-)]
