Can we keep it in for 24 hrs? On my first attempt I removed it after 90 mins. After 4 hrs I had to urinate, i think it must have all come out. This time I am planning to keep it longer.

I am going natural after 3 months of EGS, 5months of 50% dieting and 2 years of waiting. Of the 3 attempts in only 1 I could get to insert IC cup. When is the best time to attempt. If it is not possible to do it during the day when CM is like Egg white, stretchy and pH is at its best, I mean Ovulating.
Say I am ovulating or best EWCM on CD16 at 12 noon. CD15 +ve opks and CD17 morning +ve opks.

This was my first attempt ever (mc once before and abortion once ) I did not get pregnant.
I am worried that there could be infertility problems. I tried EGS TBM. Please see my ff chart for temps and attempt chart.
1. DW - BSF + ACV drink 1hr before attempt , not enough EW therefore inserted approx. 1ml Egg white, PH 8.93, just before attempt.

Today could be my attempt and I am not 100% confident that I

Thanks so much for the reply.
Tamara - Yes they are both simley and regular strips. I confirm with regular and then use smiley. I do it at 5pm everyday.
So u think its tribulous Terres.. Just got another bottle of it. But I thought it improves any irregularities in the cyc...

Next cycle is my attempt cycle (normally 30 day cycle). Usually I get O & EWCM on CD 17 OR 18. I started supplements 15 days before my sept cycle and that month O delayed by almost 2 days, CD 19 or 20.

I was expecting ovulation on 17th -19th CD. Due to my dental problems I was put on antibiotics since my 16/17th day. I have been using ovulations tests from the 14th CD and today is 21st day. I don't bunderstand if antibiotics are to be blamed for the delay. No trace of EWCM or back pains. Next month is my final attempt and no results this month. I am worried please help.
