 Sorry, just realised you asked a question. The names are all chinese names, a whole mixture that my chinese accupunturist made up, I don't even know the english equivalent names. Best thing is to phone a chinese herbalist in your area, I'm in aus and for some unkown reason we are surrounded by them, then ask them do they also deal with fertility issues. Sorry I can't be more help

 I don't understand how neither can be, don't have a diva cup. But I read in the faq that you have to hook your finger around your cervix, mine feels like a long pointy thing, so i gather that I hook my finger around that and pull the cm off. Is that correct? What is correct ph

 I have so little cm that using the finger method doesn't cover the bulb of my ph meter with enough cm. I have been testing my ph by inserting into my vj through the outside casing of a tampon (sorry tmi) which gives me a reading of 3.8, however, if i insert it and then take it out immediately it gives me a reading of anywhere between 4.10 and 4.30 depending on the day. So which is correct?

 On my first round of clomid I O'd day 15, on my second round I O'd day 13, I thought day 13 was way too early, as I took it days 5-9, but my obgyn who is a fertility specialist said that is perfectly normal!

 Sorry to drive you nuts Michaela, but just wondering if I class day one of my cycle as the exact day my af started, that is, I noticed one spot, when wiping Tues afternoon, but nothing really until I went to bed around 10pm, when It really started, is this classed as day one or would day one be the following day, i.e the wednesday?
