Re: Photo of our baby. Merry Christmas!

My boys love that show and I had seen your video that you posted on here already then I saw it on that very same episode! I was telling the boys "I know who that is!" It was quite funny! Crazy that I just happened to see it. Didn't she take second place? It was very fun to watch...great video!

Re: Opinions: Bed rest after transfer??

I had mine on a Thurs evening. Stayed down most the time that day I have bed. Latest down all day Fri getting up to use restroom and get drinks and quick meals. By Sat had to get up to run errands. Tried to take it easy but no bed rest and I got my girl! So hard to know. Wish you the best!

Re: 3rd cycle -- this might be the one!

I know how you feel. I was once in your shoes and fortunately my second cycle worked. Sending lots of positive thoughts your way. Hope this brings you your sweet baby girl!

Re: Frozen sperm for PGD?

I did PGD/IVF for a girl, pregnant second cycle with FET. My DH had a vasectomy so he had to have the TESA (sperm aspiration) procedure and they had to freeze and dethaw his sperm. All worked out b/c I have my 5 month old daughter now!

Re: Older moms who did pgd

I was 36 when I cycled and 37 when I gave birth to my PGD/IVF daughter. I believe all my stats are below. Good Luck!

Re: To early to potty train?

I am not sure, that seems a bit young. I am just amazed she is standing/walking at 10 months from those videos you posted. It's been 8 yrs since I have had an infant so I don't remember what age my boys were when they potty trained, but they caught on quickly...were actually quite easy. Hoping my daughter will be the same. You may want to try it and just see....if she resists then wait awhile and ...

Re: not good - AGAIN

I just want to say that I am so very sorry. I know how I felt w/ a chemical pregnancy, it is heartbreaking. I hope you can find peace in whatever you decide. I know it is not an easy decision to make but only one you and your family can make. ((hugs))

Re: Ella and her Kitchen 10 months old

She is absolutely adorable! I can relate, two older brothers to my 5 month old daughter. They are so good w/ her and she just loves them so much! It's so cute to watch them interact together! You are right, it's a lot of fun!

Re: Deascott this post is for you... wondering who your doc in az is??

Hello there, sorry for the late response. Life is busy now w/ three kiddos! Yes, I did cycle w/ Dr. Craig for my second and successful cycle. I did a FET w/ him. He was wonderful!! It was my absolute last shot at IVF/PGD and he put me through every test imaginable to increase my pregnancy chances. I cycled w/ his partner (who now moved and opened up his own practice) for my first cycle that was no...

Re: Is this normal or should i be concerned?

I have a 5 month old daughter that does this ALL the time! She constantly moves her legs, kicks, arches her back up while kicking, kicks blankets off...etc....it's completely normal! Means she is active, a good thing [:-)]

Re: my ER is tomorrow

I had my daughter from a FET!!! I can and does happen! My dr indicated as well that FET are more successful then fresh cycles. Makes me wish I could have just froze my embryos from the beginning w/out doing a fresh cycle (which was not successful) and move right onto the FET which was successful. I wish you all the best!!!!

Re: Is going High Tech worth it????

My dream daughter was born last December, second cycle, my FET! She is everything I ever hoped, longed for, dreamed of....I feel completely at peace now, feel my family is complete. I researched IVF/PGD for years along w/ adoption. It's been a long time coming but one I of course do not regret and feel it was well worth it.I am still paying her off and will for awhile but it is money well spent! M...

Re: Anyone had issues with bed rest?

My second cycle, FET was my successful one! I had my ET on a Thurs, stayed down on my back all day Thurs and Fri, got up only to use restroom, get a drink, etc....then was up moving around by Sat (taking it easy though) but running son to appts. It made me nervous moving around so much that Sat but something worked! Best wishes to you!

Re: Need Advise please..

I could have written your post!!! I too thought i was done having babies so my DH got a vasectomy after our two boys. We later desired a daughter so he had the TESA procedure done. We had two chances to cycle w/ the embryos we had. The first one, fresh failed, the second and our last attempt was a FET and it was fortunately successful and I have a 2.5 month old DD now!!!! I agree w/ the others, I ...

Birthmark

My DD was born 12/12/10 and when she was born she did not have any birthmarks. Approximately 2 wks after her birth she developed a small red one next to her eye. From what I have read most of the time these type of vascular birthmarks disappear on their own several years later but often get bigger first before they get smaller and dissapear. We are not too concerned as long as it does not grow too...

Re: Need help convincing DH...

I was 36 y/o when I cycled.... I can relate w/ all of you on how much this means. Having a DD was my dream. I absolutely perseverated on the issue!! I researched everything about adoption and IVF....even chose an adoption agency I would want to use. DH was just not on board w/ that. I too also felt I could possibly resent him if he had not supported either IVF or adoption for a DD. Just...
