Had the sweep done. Now I have a bulging bag and still NO baby :(
Walked on another 2 miles. Still no baby.
I'm dialated to a 4. Hoping she comes soon.

I would at least talk about an induction. Maybe just having a day that you know you won't go over will make you feel better. Hope your LO comes soon :)

Getting ready to go to the Dr. I didn't have an appointment. They just made me one after I called in crying. Today was the day my Dr. wanted to induce me. The hospital was too full. I'm scheduled for induction on Thursday. The Dr said she'd try to do another sweep and see if we can't get me going, so the hospital will have to take me.
Cross your fingers for me that this will work.

Went to the Dr today. She did another sweep. I'm 70% effaced 3+ dialated, and "VERY stretchy".Also baby is SUPER low. I told my Dr that DH was worried about breaking my water. She said with as low as the baby is she'd worry more about hitting her head. LOL!
She planned on trying to induce me on Monday but I guess the hospital is full of pregnant ladies who want their baby on 1/10/11 or 1/11/...

DDhope- I'm right there with you. I can hardly keep up. Plus I've never been this grumpy. I wake up with my ribs hurting. I'm just so over this part. I want to hold my baby. Hopefully the next couple weeks fly by.

Yes, twice. I feel like I've tried everything. I'm kinda scared to try castor oil. I HATE being sick. Plus I don't want to have diahrea (sp) during labor.

My ticker is off by a few days. I just figured it was close enough LOL.I'm actually 37 weeks 4 days. My Dr. is doing it because our insurance changes in Janurary. If we have the baby in Dec. it saves us $3500. I'm going to be trying to run and trying every other natural induction I can think of. :)

I've been taking the EPO. I hope it is helping. I go to the Dr. on the 30th for a sweep. I'm hoping I've effaced at least to 80%.
I love this thread. Hearing all you ladies progress. Gives me hope things will get moving for all of us :)

She was wrong on the date. She said June. Which I guess was only a month off of when I found out. She was right on gender.

I went and got some EPO today. I forgot to ask my Dr. if it was ok to take. I'll call tomorrow.
Blessedwithfour- I don't think it matters about the V. I think his semen will still do the job. I also heard to prop hips to help semen stay close to the cervix for awhile.
This thread is getting me SO excited. I can't believe how close some of you are. :)

So alot of us are getting checked weekly. I thought it would be fun to tell if were dialated or effaced. How much ect. We could also get some predictions going. Also we could give suggestions to eachother on how to ripen cervix. Or to induce labor ect.
I guess I'm a little anxious and need something to pass the time. [doh]

I am so sorry to hear that. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and just thinking about your situation gives me anxiety. I hope the girls get over it really soon and that you don't get it. I know its hard to do but don't worry about your house being clean. Maybe when the girls feel better you could get them to help sanatize the house. My symptoms were ALL boy symptoms. I felt GREAT!! I had a few days where all I could it was bland foods. I usually craved fruits and vegetables. And eggs with spicy tabasco. Still do crave anything spicy. I also did the baby gender test which is kinda like intelligender and it was a boy result. EVERYTHING pointed to this baby being a boy. And she is ALL girl. I have tried it with my past pregnancies. It didn't work. NOTHtING worked. I had to be induced :(
It worked for my friend. She did it in combination with sex. She was in labor within an hour. Not exactly sure what she did.
I just rolled and pulled them. Trying to simulate sucking. I've heard you have to do it for a long time.

DH ate his regular diet and this baby is a girl. I think if your taking supps and changing your diet. I wouldn't worry too much what he's eating. Good Luck. :)

I was SO SURE this baby was a boy. I even told people it was. Completely shocked when the Dr. said girl. Had to go back to everyone and say I was wrong [:$]
