DS2 just got his, and no symptoms.
His pedi. told us it's a live virus, but not full strength .. it's lab grown so they can modify how potent it is, ans they just make it strong enough for the body to get immunity (meaning it actually attacks your baby's immune system, enough for them to get a fever to get the immunity) .. Well, since this post Drew is now sleeping "through the night" at 8+ hrs. a night. He's also cutting teeth I believe so some nights that wakes him once or twice. DS2 will be 10 weeks old tomorrow and for about 2 weeks he's been laughing .. out loud, and smiling, as well as doing the famous "AH GOO" sounds ..
Just had to share! anybody have similar stories they'd like to share - I'd love to hear them.

Drew started about 3 weeks ago ... so at 6 weeks I guess. Now, you can just talk to him and he's smiles and squeals in delight .... It's GREAT!!

DS 1 shared a room with us until 14 months (his crib was in a corner of our room) then we moved him into the room across the hall. DS2 we plan to let him stay in the bassinet until around 4 months.

What is the average weight loss, and how long does it typically take? I knwo everybody differs but I just need some comparisons before I lose motivation ... again.

my DVD finally showed up Saturday and DH and I started .. Honestly it's not as intense as the '30 Day Shred' I was doing before, and I'm worried I might re-gain the 5 little pounds I've lost .. my goal weight is 105-110, and I'm still at 135-ish ...
anybody use Turbo Jam and get results, and if so how long did it take you???

I thought mine was 'false labor' since they weren't that painful .. by the time I got to the hospital I was 6 cm. dialated!! I'd start timing. If you've lost your plug, or are bleeding at all I'd call your OB also.

Thanks for all the great advice guys. My 1st son slept through the night (8+ hrs.) at birth, so this time I was not used to him getting up every 2 hrs. so I called the pedi. and she said to put rice in the last bottle of the night (1 tablespoon) .. it's not a really thick consistemcy, but enough to where I can feel it when he sucks coming through the nipple. I put rice in the 8:30 bottle, so he's usually OUT right after LOL. then wakes only once through the night at 1:30 - 2:00 a.m. and again at around 5:00 a.m. but I'm already up by then. Never had these issues with my first!

Drew was 21 in. at birth and 7.5 lbs. - haven't been to the 2 month chek-up yet..that's scheduled for the 16th of this month.

Maureen, when I do this it only allows me to "reply" once then says repeat replies are not allowed (even though it's a different picture) - I've even tried changing the text, or adding more text.......
