In the first pic there is a long straight white line down above babys bottom which looks to be parallel to the spine so guessing [DD]

I have to agree with the Previous posters, you can see that the baby's face is looking straight out at you and that the three lines are the fingers of baby's hand up near the face. Do you have any other pics?
