Yes, people can mistake the cord for a penis if you are not careful; however, the cord cannot form a "scrotum."

That's amazing to hear! Baby was a super wiggly worm and we couldn't get clear shots. Tech did say 90% girl, but it scares me! Yay for PINK!

YAY!!! I just had a gender confirmation and he is still a boy!!!! I just thought I would share some photos! They are not so hot looking It is a picture of a picture and my camera is being stupid! lol

I think my placenta is on the right side... I could be wrong... and waaay totally off but when I had later u/s that is where it was...I think haha!!

Thanks! It really had me creeped out too! lol.. I thought he had a GIANT Doug Funny nose and an old man chin and mouth! ah.. nice to know someone else has been there done that and had a "normal looking" baby!

I have a friend that works on a L&D floor... she does not do u/s but they have a machine there so they can do amnios and check the baby's position anyways she told me to come up and she would give me a freebie! ( she knows I have been dying to see my baby! ) anyways of course she couldn't tell me anything about my baby but we managed to steal a few shots It was one of THE oldest dinosaur machi...

I couldn't see your picture and I am not sure about Finasteride BUT I know sometimes a profile shot is just as good! My little boy will NEVER open up his legs they only way we found out he was a boy was by this shot
It is a profile shot of him laying sideways you can see his little heart cavity and all of his GOODS!! it is a VERY clear scrotum and penis shot... I was 19w3d then...

When I saw this I thought it looked like a scrotum... but then again I just can't be 100% positive... and then your most recent pic towards the bottom of the post screamed girl! so I am leaning with a girl vote...
