I really agree with all the other girls. There is no point in telling him your swaying- he'll just blame that for not getting pregnant and help you no further. There is no point in telling him. Just stress what worked for you last time and it can only help move the whole swaying thing along as it does take longer when swaying anyway. Good luck sweetie. xx

What do you ladies think to doing SU with the mesh but also placing a few drops of sylk in th ebottom of the test tube (before adding the semen) to more so attract the xx to the lower part of the test tube (becasue of the lower ph of the sylk) or would this maybe stun some of the Y's and therefore inhibit their journey upwards? What do you think- my first attempt is in an hours time!! please ...

Oh thats such a shame. How much did you use with how big a sample? Did you mix it? I have done SD quite a few times and had no mixing which was great. I was just concerned i did not get a very good sort but its certainly better than nothing. I just think it matters all the more that dh ph is low enough and the ph ew is high enough to get a good sort. xx

So has anyone tried adding sylk to the semen and had success getting the ew to float? for ttc girl? Going to try in the next few days. xx

I'm confused now. How do i get it to float using either sylk or preseed then? so sorry for being dense here....

So by adding the sylk might i be lowering the ph too much and by doing so slow the y's down and therfore preventing such a good sort? Or won't it affect the ph too much? Maybe I'll adding the preseed as others have had success with this in getting a float.

Thanks tamara, So the sylk and preseed both had a fairly neutral ph then ? just wondering how it will affect the ph of the semen. So is there a reccommended ratio to mix with the semen? I'm not sure how putting it on top of the ew will help it float. Mine has already mixed by the time the last bit of ew is layered on top of the semen.! Thanks for any help xx

I know what you mean Lola- It would be strange to talk to eachother with others around as can't really go 'hi your the lady who has a science lab in her house trying to create just x babies!' lol! We must sort out to meet up some time. I really would like to do that. Please could someone tell me how the sylk is being used? Is it just in replace of the ew? Thanks lovely ladies xx

Oh Luv- I so feel for you right now, and have been in the same place as you a few times. But , like myself and my dh i'm sure you will come to the conclusion that you want this chance at a girl more than he doesn't want it and thats the way you have to look at it. There is no other way to look at. You can;t really comprimise on having a baby any further than this. Even if it is another boy- at lea...
