I am over the moon to say the least...I never take one minute for granted...I also take a picture of her in almost every outfit i put her in...my friends give me hard time about all the pink, so every so often I put her in different colors...I'm having a ball taking care of my little girl...she's so sweet and rarely cries unless hungry or sleepy...she sleeps well too. She's so much fun. The best...

Avonlea is doing well, she's in the 50% for weight and height, but she's a happy healthy little girl...BF didn't work out for the 3rd time for me, but she is happy on Formula, she just slept 8 hours last night from 12:30am to 8:30am So I was thrilled....I'm so happy with her, the boys love her...we are going to FL next weekend for the boys to see their dad for the summer...I will get to see my fa...

Thanks! Just checking on you ladies...I can't believe what your OB is putting you through, just get the show on the road I say to that OB! I hope he really meant Monday...I'm so sorry hun. I wish I could make you both go into labor! Big hugs, I'm gonna keep checking on you ladies. Can't wait to see pics of your beautiful babies!

Avonlea Mei arrived at 3:06PM on 3/28/2011 weighing 7lbs7oz 20.5 inches long. Here is a pic...we are doing great, but struggling with BF, prob will till my milk comes in...Hope to write a birth story in a few days...:) Thanks for all the support IG ladies!

Just a quick update Avonlea Mei Smith was born March 28th at 3:06PM weighing 7lb7oz 20.5 inches long...she's so calm and sweet...:) birth as calm and amazing experience...may be a while before I can get a birth story together...going home from hospital later today...
Hang in there ladies, I can't tell you how worth it, it will be. I'm praying you both go into labor today! :hug: Oh here are so...

I'm still here, at least until Sunday...sorry I haven't posted more, but those damn monkeys get me every time I try to post, and i just get sick of it...I go in at 4PM on Sunday to start induction. I'm hanging in there. Inlaws will be here tomorrow afternoon, best friend will be in Sunday before we go to hospital. So much cleaning that needs to be done...and no energy to get it done...will have...

Sounds like you're getting close!!! I hope you can give us an update soon! I went to the OB today, and cervix is still unchanged...barely a finger tip dilated, and high up...so if at my last appointment on the 24th my cervix the same as today i'll be going in the night of the 27th to get the cervix ready for induction on the 28th...:) So only have 10 days left. I'm in the final count down...tr...

Been doing really good up till last week...got bad chest pains, went to ER, said it was pressure from uterus...then back started hurting more than usual, thought I had kidney infection..so called OB office, and they said come in and give sample of urine...it came back clear, they checked baby's heart rate and it was high...so went to hospital for monitoring...she was fine...they did ultrasound and...

Had my 34 week appt today...they put me on the monitor due to reduced fetal movements over the weekend, and her heart rate was very high like 180's,190's, even got up to 200s so they made me drink water, and her heart rate went back to normal. They also did an ultrasound to check fluid, which was perfect. She is doing great. They will be doing GBS at next appointment at 36 ...

I'm 34w2d and getting impatient already...I'm just ready to have my little girl in my arms. I've been nesting this weekend...cleaning like a mad woman. Well my glucose test came back good, but I only passed by like 3 points, whatever that means...so I will start seeing my OB every two weeks now, and at the 30 week appointment they are going to do a growth scan, just to make sure baby is growing ok...I'm exciting about seeing my baby girl again. I'm glad to hear she's doing well...I had my glucose test on Dec 23rd, I will find out the results on the 13th Jan, at my 28 week appt. Did they say why you are having another scan at 32 weeks? Do you think its routine or is it for something else? I hope they tell me I get to have another at 32 weeks! :)

Mine does the exact same thing...I was worried too, as she seemed to stay so low...my doctor said its normal to carry lower the more pregnancies you have...I carried my boys high, but so far this baby girl has been low...she's finally starting to realize she can move up a little...I think when she turns later it won't be so bad...i hope :)

oh my...big hugs...I hope they figure out what's going on hun...the only time I've had tachy is when I was dehydrated...and it was scary...I'm glad the baby is looking good...good luck with your tests next week...keep us posted

I know, we're getting closer and closer to 3rd Trimester...i'll be 26 weeks on Sunday...before we know it it will be the end of Jan...:) I'm so excited!

Doing ok here...had a doctors appointment today...only gained 5lbs so was better than i thought it would be...but hopefully wont' gain much more...but i prob will with all the holiday eats :P feeling tired, bout to sign off work for 5 days vacation for holiday, and go home and take a nap! baby is moving like crazy, she's very low, doctor told me that was normal, the more pregnanc...
