I can't be here anymore.. I TOTALLY understand that GD and Extreme GD is a real thing and I will always offer my support for anyone that goes through it but I can't (personally) be around the abortion talk or even adoption talk because the baby is a certain gender. I just don't understand that part of it....give the innocent baby a chance! These babies didn't ask to be brought here, I'm sure...

it kinda reminds me of the French version of Emily which is beautiful! I'm all for uncommon names but not so much for uncommon spelling of names but that said, I do like the name because of the French connection I have with it. Might be frustrating correcting people but as long as you don't mind correcting or people asking you how to say it... Go for it!

Good luck!!! I ended up making an apt for a private US two days before the day I picked so it wasn't this long drawn out worry of a wait... much like you are feeling, I totally get what you are feeling HUGS!

I actually found out last Monday that the baby is a boy :) I couldn't wait another week so I scheduled a private US and he was not shy one bit LOL!My apt today was great! My hubby and mom came along as this was supoosed to be the apt where we found out the gender but we did get to peek again at the little guy and confirm he is in fact a boy :) They got to meet the other doctor in the practic...

Thank you for your comments, I agree.. I did everything i could have done that was right for me/us. We are very happy with our new little boy joining us, he is meant to be here :) Maybe someday a girl will be joining our family... it just wasn't the right time, yet ;)

Sorry, my apt was 4pm PST and they were running super late! The tech was AMAZING though, she let us see HIM in 3D/4D and he looked like a raptor ;) LOL she was SO impressed with his development and how good he looks for 15 weeks she kept fliping back to 3D to look at him. He is so cute, SO cute! I'm not at all dissapointed as I know he was meant to be here :) Don't know what the future holds...

Have you seen the business of being born or read your best birth? I highly suggest both!Right now I have an OB that is VERY natural and a doula. Because my first two were high risk, I feel better going this route, this time.I would love to have a birth center birth at a center attached to a hospital but we don't have one here :(

I took it today 12w2d and it shows a VERY clear girl color but there is some darker color at the very bottom of the test! Looking at it straight on (eye level as the test says) it's all orange but not eye level, there is that dark part at the bottom?! I dunno....
