I spotted just like that and I am sure it was the baby aspirin. Once I stopped the aspirin, the spotting stopped.

Hi There, Does any one remember the name of the acidopholous one of the girls mentioned works great for lowering ph? I think you take one tablet for two weeks and then two tablets after that. It is a great brand that really does work and I was on it for a while but now i have to order more and cant remember the name of the site! Help!

Hi, BabyBobadoo, I dont know where the post is either but it is just about how important the "environment" is for swaying. Just read everything you can on this forum about Ph and you will get it. If you have low ionic strength just try different things to lower it until it works for you. I know what you mean about having boys during O. And it is very hard to do 0+12. I would just worry...

I forgot to add that I use to drink alot of hot tea, strong with sugar and I went off that two years ago and drink wulong tea instead.( one small cup in the am.)

Oh I cant wait either!! I am very worried about the ultrasound. I just know i will burst right into tears if it is a boy. I would only dare say that to you all on this site.
