I make a bow myself with ribbon and glue it on with KY jelly or surgilube or similar "personal lubricant" it dries and sticks then wipes off with water!

I still stalk...but I don't get much time to post. I am not sad about the growing up and no more babies. I really feel like I'm ready. I will miss the wonder and excitement of pregnancy and the thrill of giving birth, but there are other thrills waitign for me and much more wonder and excitement as they grow along. I miss chatting with you ladies, but I am still feeling very swamped. Here's a quic...

I am DONE, finished, complete, calling it quits! Six is plenty. I've been blessed and pushed my luck far enough! My DH took the long walk [rofl] We are currently in the process of getting his first sample to send in for testing...I may do some testing of my own too hehe! Love my microscope... we need 2 zero count samples (one after 12 ejacs and another after 12 more) then we're home free...un...

All I can say is WOW Gill... She doesn't look any worse for the wear. She's beautiful and happy. Sorry she isn't feeling well. Reflux is terrible in babies. It also can contribute to delays in rolling over and sitting up since her tummy hurts when she lays on it...kinda makes tummy time more like torture time. I hope that the tests help get the docs on the right track so they can fix he...

I just got Josie done...all of mine got their shots. The benefits out weigh the risks IMHO especially if there's no family history of adverse reactions.

Thanks for the support girls! I have to say that Josie is a good baby she wakes once maybe twice a night and that times are regular. I do use a sling and I'm hoping that as she gets older feeding her in it will get easier. She's in it alot to keep her safe from Sam (I hate to say it) but feeding in it makes her mad.
Blue I hear ya about the yelling! I'm also sick of the groans whenever I ask any...

Hi all! How's everyone doing?? I'm terribly sorry I dropped off the radar for so long. Adjusting to life with six hasn't been as smooth as I expected. I've been very overwhelmed trying to get a routine and BF on demand is no easy task. I weaned my last two @ 6 weeks and supplemented the others by 2 months old. So my commitment to EBF Josie is a big adjustment. School has also been a major tax on m...

The way a baby sucks to nurse is different than when she has a binky. Alot of girls I know think thier baby "doesn't like" the binky beause they "spit it out. The instinctive forward thrust of a BF baby's tongue will always pop the binky out. They need to learn to suck differently to keep the binky in. I suggest holding the binky in place for a minute. You will feel her tongue trying to push it ou...

I strongly suggest reading over the info on the La Leche League website. It offers answers and great advice. I wish I had discovered this info 5 babies ago instead of blindly following my mom's advice and thinking I knew it all! LOL I was ready to give up (as I have done before) because Josie always seemed hungry but I was always full I knew I had enough milk. Then I broke down and looked up ...
