Gender Prediction: Gender Prediction - Just For Fun If you did the baking soda test in morning and it didn't fizz , your pH is neutral or alkaline . What happens to the red cabbage water if you are pregnant with twins? That's a good question . I guess , your pH is high if you are pregnant with two boys , and the opposite for two girls .
